1. Information on how to enter forms part of the terms of entry. Entry into the competition is deemed acceptance of these terms and conditions.
2. The Promoter is We Are Social Pty Ltd (ABN 78 143 087 852) of 107 Regent Street, Chippendale, Sydney, NSW, 2008, Australia.
3. Entry is open to all residents of Australia and New Zealand who are 18 years of age or over. However, employees and their immediate families of the Promoter, Trend Micro Australia Pty Limited (ABN 70 077 055 817), and their associated agencies and companies are not eligible to enter.
4. The competition commences on Wednesday 18th of June 2014 at 12:00pm (AEST) and concludes on Sunday 22nd June 2014 at 9:00pm (AEST). All entries will be judged on Monday 23rd of June 2014, at 12:00pm (AEST) at the Trend Micro Australia offices in NSW, Australia. Refer to paragraph 17 of these terms and conditions for a description of the prize available. All times indicated are based on AEST. The Winner will be notified via Twitter notification once judged. The judge?s decision will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.
5. The competition will be promoted on Trend Micro?s Twitter page on the following URL: https://twitter.com/trendmicroanz.
6. To enter, participants must: a. View Twitter profile: https://twitter.com/trendmicroanz b. Follow the Trend Micro Twitter account. c. View the tweet with the promotion details outlining the question to be answered and key promotional dates. d. Entrants to answer the question, How can you tell if a website is fake? Entries to be accepted only as tweet responses including the competition hashtag #TMANZtips.
7. Incomprehensible and incomplete entries will be deemed invalid.
8. The winner selected must fulfil the competition terms and conditions, if not, the entry will be void and a new winner selected.
9. This Competition is a game of skill. Entries must be the entrant?s original work. The Promoter reserves the right to verify, or to require the entrant to verify, that the entry is the entrant?s original work. If an entry cannot be verified to the Promoter?s satisfaction, the entry will be deemed invalid. Winner will be selected by a panel of representatives from Trend Micro Australia who, at their discretion, will select the best answer based upon originality and creativity. Chance plays no part in determining the winners. Trend Micro?s decision in relation to any aspect of the competition is final and binding on every entrant. No correspondence will be entered into.

The Promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and to disqualify any entry which, in the opinion of the Promoter, is incomplete or includes objectionable content, profanity, potentially insulting, inflammatory or defamatory statements, disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process, who submits an entry that is not in accordance with these Terms & Conditions of Entry or who has, in the opinion of Promoter, engaged in conduct in entering the Promotion which is fraudulent, misleading, deceptive or generally damaging to the goodwill or reputation of the Promotion and/or Promoter. The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify a winner if the Promoter becomes aware that the winner and/or the winner?s entry is of a type described in this clause.
11. On the final day of competition, all entries must be received by Sunday 22nd of June 2014 at 9:00pm (AEST). The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any late, lost or misdirected entries not received by the Promoter or delays in the delivery due to technical disruptions, network congestion or for any other reason.
12. Any entry that is made on behalf of an Entrant by a third party will be invalid.
13. The cost of accessing the promotional website will be dependent on the Entrant?s individual Internet Service Provider.

14. All prizes must be taken as offered and are not exchangeable, transferable, and redeemable for cash or for resale. In the event that a prize is unavailable, the Promoter reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value. Prizes unclaimed after a period of one month from the date of notification of the winner may be forfeited.
15. The Winner will be contacted by Twitter notification regarding prize collection. For this competition, the winner will then be asked to email the brand to arrange prize collection. No responsibility will be accepted by Trend Micro for any lost or misdirected email or non-receipt of Twitter notification.
16. Winning Prize: One Samsung Tab 3 Lite (7 inch, 8GB, wi-fi) valued at AUD198.00 and a box of Trend Micro Titanium Maximum Security (protecting up to 5 devices & 1 year licence) valued at AUD129.95. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for change in prize value between now and the ultimate prize redemption date. Total prize value: AUD327.95.
17. Unless expressly stated in these terms and conditions, all other expenses become the responsibility of the winners.
18. If a prize is unavailable, for whatever reason, the Promoter reserves the right to substitute the prize for a prize of equal or greater value, subject to State Regulation.
19. The Promoter reserves the right to refuse to allow a winner to take part in any or all aspects of a prize, if the Promoter determines, in its absolute discretion, that a winner is not in the mental or physical condition necessary to be able to safely participate in the prize. It is a condition of accepting a prize that the winner may be required to sign a legal release in a form determined by the Promoter in its absolute discretion.
20. By accepting a prize, the winner agrees to participate in and co-operate as required with all reasonable media editorial requests relating to the prize, including but not limited to, being interviewed, photographed and filmed.

In consideration for the Promoter awarding a prize to the winner, the winner hereby permits the winner?s image and/or voice, as recorded, photographed or filmed during the winner?s participation in the prize to appear in connection with We Are Social Pty Ltd or the advertising or marketing thereof, in any media whatsoever throughout the world and the winner will not be entitled to any fee for such use.
24. The Winning Prize will be awarded to the person named in the entry. However, in a dispute, the Winning Prize will be awarded to the account holder of the entry mechanism used to submit their entry (i.e. the Twitter account holder).
28. If an Entrant?s contact details change during the promotional period, it is the Entrant's responsibility to notify the Promoter. A request to access or modify any information provided in an entry should be directed to the Promoter.
29. The Promoter?s decision is final and the promoter will not enter into correspondence regarding the Competition result.
30. In the case of the intervention of any outside act, agent or event which prevents or significantly hinders the Promoter?s ability to proceed with the competition on the dates and in the manner described in these terms and conditions, including but not limited to vandalism, power failures, tempests, natural disasters, acts of God, civil unrest, strike, war, act of terrorism, the Promoter may in its absolute discretion cancel the competition and recommence it from the start on the same conditions, subject to any written directions given under State Regulation.
