Sweet is a book full of fab desserts that have all been given what Yotam Ottolenghi calls "the full Ottolenghi treatment". This, he writes in the introduction, means "they were all conceived with love and a bit of flair and made with real ingredients and lots of attention to detail".
It shows. Page after page of recipes concocted by Yotam and his confectionary collaborator, Helen Goh, Sweet rolls from custard yo-yos with roasted rhubarb icing - the very first recipe in the book - to a , an entire chapter of cheesecakes, a next-level and yes, even a pavlova (Helen hails from Melbourne originally).
