Apparently Olga has had quite a few responses from this competitions winners.
Did you also send an email to follow up with Hidden Characters?

@shtooff, I received Season 2 yesterday, without corresponding to supplier or promoter (Nerdalicious). Double win! Yay. Couch reserved for some viewing pleasure. Enjoy!

Olga is the contact person from a Nerdalicious comp we both won but didn't get the prize for and then got the wrong prize. Now we have both prizes :)
