1. There is no entry fee and no purchase necessary to enter this competition. 2. You must be 18 years of age or over and must live in Australia ONLY to enter this competition (people living in ACT are excluded from this comp). An entrant must be an individual and not a company or organisation. 3. Information on how to enter and the prize(s) form part of these Terms and Conditions. Participation in this promotion is deemed acceptance of these Terms and Conditions. 4. The terms and conditions also apply to the Mox Facebook page. 5. The Promoter reserves the right not to award the prize if the entrant fails to meet these terms. 6. The competition period begins at 12.15am (Brisbane Time) on 20/07/2014. Entries into the competition close at 11:59pm (BrisbaneTime) on 30/07/2014. (the "Promotion Period"). No responsibility is accepted for late, lost, misdirected or delayed entries. 7. The Prize Pack is valued at $399.90 (first prize. First prize is 10 x $39.99 Mox shoes to go to 10 different first prize winners. Each person will win one pair of Mox shoes and there will be 10 winners. 8. Prizes cannot be transferred or redeemed for cash. Prizes are subject to availability. 9. The promoter is not responsible for inaccurate prize details supplied to any entrant by any third party connected with this competition. 10. The entry method is by going to the Mox Facebook Page and, using the Gleam app, and completing the tasks listed. This includes liking the Facebook page Mox, joining their mailing list, following them on Instagram and following them on Pinterest. Each individual action is an extra entry into the comp 11. Privacy: We will not sell your information.. 12. You can complete as many of the gleam tasks as you like and each is a valid entry. You must be able to show that you have liked the Mox page at the time of the draw on request. 13. You Must sign up with your e-mail to receive our sales and monthly newsletter to be eligible to win. 14. Employees of the promoters or any person associated with the competition or prize is ineligible to enter. 15. The competition will be randomly drawn at 12.00pm on Thursday 31/07/2014 at Good Funny Smart Headquarters, Sandgate Qld. Entrants are not required to be present at the draw. 16. The promoter will notify the winner and will send out the prize to a nominated postal address. 17. The promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the competition and these terms and conditions without notice in the event of a catastrophe, war, civil or military disturbance, act of God or any actual or anticipated breach of any applicable law or regulation or any other event outside of the promoter’s control. Any changes to the competition will be notified to entrants as soon as possible by the promoter 18. The Promoter reserves the right, at any time, to verify the validity of entries and entrants (including an entrant’s identity, age and place of residence) and to disqualify any entrant who submits an entry that is not in accordance with these Terms and Conditions or who tampers with the entry process. 19. Incomplete or indecipherable entries will be deemed invalid. 20. Ten winners will be drawn by the Gleam app. 21. Chance of winning will vary depending on the number of eligible Entries received. 22. The winners will be notified by e-mail within one (7) business day of the draw. 23. The winner will be published on the Mox Facebook Page. 24. The winners must claim the prize within 7 days of the prize draw by contacting Mox 25. An unclaimed prize draw would occur on the 31 of October 2014 at 2.00pm at Good Funny Smart Sandgate. 26. The re-draw winner of the prize would be notified by e-mail and posted on our Mox facebook competitions page. 27. The promoters’ decision is final. No correspondence will be entered into. 28. Entrants should understand that they are providing their information to the promoter and not to Facebook.
