PRIZESEach prize winner will receive the corresponding prize package in order of draw as set outon http://www.australianmade.com.au/competitions/.4.1 Prizes are not redeemable for cash and will be forfeited if the winner is unable to claimthe prize within seven working days of notification. If for any reason the winner does nottake the prize or any element of the prize at the time stipulated by the promoter, then theprize or any element of the prize will not be redeemable for cash. 4.2 In the event that a prize is forfeited after 7 days, Australian Made reserves the right tosubstitute the winner via a second draw. Australian Made will endeavour to contact theoriginal winner of the prize before completing a redraw.4.3 All prizes are not transferable, exchangeable or redeemable for cash. In the event thatany prize item is unavailable, the Promoter reserves the right to substitute a prize item ofequal or greater value. Any taxes (other than GST, if any) which may be payable as aconsequence of a winner receiving the prize are the sole responsibility of the winners.4.4 In participating in the competitions, the winners agree to participate and cooperate asrequired in all editorial activities relating to the promotion, including but not limited tobeing interviewed and photographed. The winners grant the promoter a perpetual and nonexclusive licence to use such footage and photographs in all media worldwide and thewinners will not be entitled to any fee for such use.4.5 The first and last names of all prize winners will be published on the internet viawww.australianmade.com.au/competitions for a minimum period of 28 days.5. HOW TO WIN5.1 Each entrant who has entered the competition over the Competition Period andregistered all details in accordance with clause 3 will be entered into the prize draws. Alldraws will take place at Australian Made Campaign Ltd, Suite 105, 161 Park Street, SouthMelbourne, 3205 at 10:00am on the day following the close date of the Competition Period.5.2 The prize winners will be notified by phone or email within seven days of the prize draw.5.3 The Promoter's decision is final and the Promoter will not enter into correspondenceregarding the result.
