Entry Restrictions
Entrants must be 18 years of age or over.
Entrants agree to participate in all reasonable promotional activities as requested by the Promoter unless otherwise notified to the contrary at the time of acceptance of the Prize.
By entering this Promotion, entrants grant to the Promoter a non-exclusive, perpetual, Australia wide, royalty free, transferable licence to use and exploit any material submitted as part of their entry and their participation in the Promotion for the purposes of conducting and promoting this Promotion and for the purpose of advertising and marketing the Promoter, on all media now known or later devised.
Any materials submitted by the winning entrant as part of this Promotion must be original, accurate, unaltered and the entrants own work. Entrants who breach this clause may be deemed ineligible.
To be eligible to win a prize in this Competition, an Entry must not: (a) infringe the intellectual property or other rights of a third party; (b) be incomplete or illegible; or (c) be unlawful, defamatory, abusive, insulting, threatening, obscene, inflammatory, offensive or otherwise contain content which, in the Promoter’s sole discretion, is inappropriate or objectionable. The promoter accepts no responsibility accepted for late, lost or misdirected entries.
The Promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and to disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process or who submits an entry that is not in accordance with these Conditions of Entry.

All Entries become the property of the Promoter.
This Competition is a game of chance and will play a part in determining the winner.
All entries will be judged individually on their merits based on the Judging Criteria.
Each Prize is not transferable and not redeemable for cash or other goods or services.
Each Prize must be taken as a whole and as stated in these Terms and Conditions. No alternative will be provided and no compensation will be payable if a Winner is unable to use the Prize.
Each prize is to be used for personal use only and not to be re-sold or used for business or corporate purposes.
If an Entrant’s contact details change between the date of entry and the Unclaimed Prize Determination, the Entrant must notify the Promoter of his/her updated contact details.
Each Winner participates in this Competition, and uses the Prize, at his or her own risk.

The competition begins at 5:00pm AEDT on the 18/01/18
Entries into the competition close at 11:59pm AEDT on 01/02/18

During the Competition Period:

Entrants may also answer a question, visit Fuss Free Naturals on Facebook, visit Fuss Free Naturals on Instagram and Refer Friends for extra entries into the Competition.
Bellabox will select the entry at random from all valid entries received within the time period specified. Bellabox will then email the relevant winners and award them their “prize”.

Judging Criteria
Each valid entry will be individually judged (by representatives of the Promoter) based on, among other things, originality and creativity in taking the image.
Notification of Winners
The winners will be notified via email on the 02/01/18. All reasonable attempts will be made to notify the winner. If the winner has not replied to bellabox by 03/01/18 then another winner will be selected.
Prize
There are 3 Major Prizes to be won. This includes a years supply of Fuss Free Naturals Face Masks and Wipes, consisting of 36 x Fuss Free Naturals Face Wipes and 46 x Fuss Free Naturals Face Masks, as well a Gold Class Experience Voucher which consists of 2 x Gold Class tickets, 5 x Menu Items and 2 x Glasses of Wine. Total prize value is $659 each.
All entrants will automatically receive a $20 Online Voucher to use online at Fuss Free Naturals.
Prize Delivery
The Major Prizes will be provided to the winner by Fuss Free Naturals.
