The prize is subject to any conditions of the prize supplier at the time of prize redemption, is not transferable or exchangeable, cannot be taken as cash or sold to any other person, and may be substituted with a similar prize of equivalent value (as determined by the Promoter) if the original prize is unavailable at the time of the selection of the prize winner.
