TERMS AND CONDITIONS
1. The promoter of Win Disney.Pixar’s “Coco” In Season Admit 4 Passes (Competition) is AEG
Ogden (Perth Arena) Pty Ltd agent for Western Australian Sports Centre Trust trading as
Perth Arena (ABN 47 894 197 015) of 700 Wellington Street, Perth WA 6000 (the Promoter).
2. Information on how to enter this Competition and the prizes available form part of these
Terms and Conditions. Entry into this Competition is deemed acceptance of these Terms and
Conditions.
3. Entry is open to Australian residents. One entry per person. Entrants under 18 years of age
must have prior parent or guardian consent to enter. If the competition winner is under 18
years of age, the prize may be awarded to the winner’s parent or legal guardian. The
Promoter may require any such entrant’s parent or legal guardian to sign a release at the
Promoter’s discretion in which the parent or legal guardian accepts responsibility for the
winner. Failure to agree to the release, if required, will invalidate the winner’s entitlement
to the prize, subject to State and Territory legislation.
4. The Competition begins on Tuesday 2 January 2018 at 11am (AWST) and ends on Monday 8
January 2018 at 12pm (AWST) (Competition Period).
5. Entries must be received by the Promoter during the Competition Period.
6. Competition entry: Complete the entry form on the Perth Arena website
(www.pertharena.com.au).
7. The Competition draw will take place at Perth Arena, 700 Wellington Street, Perth WA on
Monday 8 January 2018 at 2pm (AWST) and winners will be notified no later than Monday 8
January at 5pm (AWST). The prize winners (Winner) will be selected at random, and
contacted by phone and/or in writing using the contact details provided in their entry. The
Competition judges' decision in relation to all aspects of this Competition is final and binding
on all who enter and no correspondence will be entered into.
8. Five (5) entries will be deemed as the Winner.
9. In the event of a dispute of identity of a drawn Winner, the Winner will be deemed to be the
person named on the entry selected at random.
10. The Winner will be awarded the prize as follows,
? One (1) in season admit 4 pass to attend a screening of Disney.Pixar’s “Coco” in
cinemas.
One (1) in season admit 4 pass will be awarded per prize with a maximum of five (5) admit 4
passes available. Each admit 4 pass is valued at approximately $80.00.
11. The prize does not include any ancillary costs associated with redeeming the prize (e.g.
transport costs; food costs). These are the sole responsibility of the Winner.
12. This prize is not transferable or exchangeable (for cash value or otherwise) and in the event
that for any reason whatsoever, any element of the prize becomes unavailable, the
Promoter reserves the right to substitute the prize (with reference to all relevant state and
territory rules and regulations) with another prize of the same or equal value.
13. The Promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of all entries. Further, the Promoter
also reserves the right to disqualify any entrant for tampering with the entry process or for
submitting an entry which is not in accordance with these Terms and Conditions. The
Promoter may in its absolute discretion require that the Winner provide photographic
identification or some other acceptable form identification or proof of age before awarding
the prize.
14. The Winner will be notified in writing of the prize they have won and how the prize will be
delivered. In the event that the Winner is unable to be contacted within 7 days of the date of
the prize draw, using all reasonable methods of communication, the Promoter reserves the
right to select an alternative prize winner from the entries originally received.
15. If necessary the Promoter may conduct a further draw at the same time and place as the
original draw, on Monday 15 January 2018, in order to distribute the prize if unclaimed and
still valid.
16. The Winner shall, to the fullest extent permitted by law, release the Promoter and its
affiliates, partners and employees from any and all liability, claims, demands, and causes of
action for personal injury and or damage, theft, or loss suffered in connection with this
Competition or the use or acceptance of the prize or any portion thereof, save where due to
the negligence of the Promoter or its affiliates, partners and employees.
17. The Promoter is neither responsible nor liable for any late, lost or misdirected entries. The
Promoter shall not be responsible for any failure or inability to take up the prize.
18. The Promoter is not responsible for any incorrect or inaccurate information, or for any of the
equipment or programming associated with or utilised in this Competition, or for any
technical error that may occur in the course of the administration of this Competition. The
Promoter assumes no responsibility for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect,
delay in operation or transmission, communications line failure, theft or destruction or
unauthorized access to or alteration of entries.
19. The Promoter reserves the right (subject to all relevant state/ territory rules and regulations)
to cancel, postpone or reschedule the Competition.
20. All entries become the property of the Promoter and may be used for promotional purposes,
subject to the Promoter’s privacy policy. Entrants who do not want their personal
information used for the above purposes, or who want to gain access to or correct their
personal information should contact the Promoter. The name and address of the Winner will
be used by Perth Arena for fulfilment of the prize.
21. By entering the Competition, the entrant consents to receipt of any email communications
regarding the Competition, and other email communications which inform the entrant of
the Promoter’s other publications, products, services and events and to promote third party
goods and services it may be interested in. Entrants may opt-out at any time by
unsubscribing through the link provided in the relevant communications.
22. The prize is subject to availability.
23. These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Western Australia.
