TERMS AND CONDITIONS
1. Information on how to enter and the prizes form part of these Terms and Conditions. Participation in this promotion (“Promotion”) is deemed acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
2. Entry is only open to Australian residents aged 18 years or over, who are registered plumbers, hold a “Plumbing Plus” account and who hold a current valid plumber’s licence issued in an Australian State or Territory (“Eligible Entrant”). Employees (and their immediate families) of the Promoter and agencies associated with this Promotion are ineligible to enter.
3. Promotion commences at 7.00am AEST on 15/05/2017 and ends for purchases at 7.00pm AEST on 11/08/2017 (“Purchase Period”). Final entries must be received by 7.00pm AEST on 12/08/2017 (“Promotional Period”).
4. To be eligible to enter, Eligible Entrants must, during the Purchase Period:
(a) purchase, from a participating Plumbing Plus branch, any “Rheem”, “Vulcan” or “AquaMAX” branded water heater (“Eligible Product”); and (b) then complete their entry online at www.rheem.com.au/goldcoast600 (“Promotional Website”) and follow the prompts to the Promotion entry page, input the requested details in order to set up an account (“Account”), input the Eligible Product(s) purchased and submit the fully completed online entry form.
5. Once an Eligible Entrant has validly recorded an Eligible Product onto their Account during the Promotional Period, the Eligible Entrant will receive 1 entry into the relevant minor draw, and 1 entry into the major draw. Multiple entries are permitted, subject to the following: (a) each Eligible Product being recorded separately and in accordance with Account requirements (as outlined above); and (b) only 1 entry permitted per person per Eligible Product purchased.
6. It is the responsibility of the Eligible Entrant to sign into their Account during the Promotional Period to record each Eligible Product purchased in order to accrue the relevant entries.
7. The Promoter reserves the right, at any time, to verify the validity of entries and Eligible Entrants (including an Eligible Entrant’s identity, age, and place of residence) and to disqualify any Eligible Entrant who submits an entry that is not in accordance with these Terms and Conditions or who tampers with the entry process. Further to the above, the Promoter may request to see a copy of an Eligible Entrant’s valid and current plumber’s licence in order to validate their occupation. Errors and omissions may be accepted at the Promoter's discretion. Failure by the Promoter to enforce any of its rights at any stage does not constitute a waiver of those rights.
8. Incomplete, illegible or indecipherable entries will be deemed invalid.
9. Eligible Entrants must retain their original Eligible Product tax invoice(s) or a photocopy of their Eligible Product tax invoice(s) (if applicable) for all entries as proof of purchase for a period of 4 months after the end of the Promotional Period. Further, the Promoter may require Eligible Entrants to provide original Eligible Product tax invoice(s) or a photocopy of Eligible Product receipt(s) (if applicable) for required entries, for verification purposes in order to claim a prize. Eligible Product tax invoice(s) must clearly specify that the Eligible Product(s) were purchased during the Promotional Period but prior to entry. The Promoter recommends proof of purchase be uploaded (clear image) with registration details to your Account or sent via email or by registered post. The costs associated with sending proof of purchase via registered post will be the responsibility of the Eligible Entrant. Failure to provide the proof of purchase as set out for required entries when requested may, in the absolute discretion of the Promoter, result in invalidation of that Eligible Entrant’s entries.
10. If there is a dispute as to the identity of an Eligible Entrant, the Promoter reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to determine the identity of the Eligible Entrant.
11. Winners of a major prize will be notified in writing within 24 hours. Winners of the major prize draw will appear in the Australian Newspaper 17th August 2017.
12. There will be 11 minor draws and 1 major draw for this Promotion. The minor prize draws will take place at 12 Noon AEST (as applicable) on the dates specified in the table below. The major draw will take place at 12 noon AEST on 15/08/2017. All prize draws will be conducted at Flow Marketing, 403 Pakington Street, Newtown VIC 3220. All entries prior to a minor draw close date will be entered into that minor draw as well as the major draw. Winning entries in each minor draw will NOT be entered into any subsequent minor draws but will be entered into the major draw. The winners will be notified by telephone and in writing within 2 business days of winning a minor prize and all winner’ names and postcodes will appear on the Promotional Website by 5.00pm AEST on 17/08//2017. The Promoter may draw additional reserve entries and record them in order in case an invalid entry or ineligible Eligible Entrant is drawn. The Promoter’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.

MINOR PRIZES
13. 55 minor prizes will be awarded in the Promotion. Minor prize details are 5 x $100 “Fuel Gift Cards” each week for 11 weeks commencing 05/06/2017.
14. Any ancillary costs associated with redeeming a minor prize are not included. Any unused balance of Fuel Gift Cards will not be awarded as cash. Redemption of Fuel Gift Cards is subject to any terms and conditions of the issuer including those specified on the card.
MAJOR PRIZES
15. Major prize: Entries for the major draw will be divided into the following State/Territory groups: NSW/ACT, VIC/TAS, SA/NT, QLD and WA (“Groups”). There are 5 major prizes to be won. The first 1 valid entry drawn in each of the State/Territory Groups will each win a trip for 1 adult to the 2017 “Gold Coast 600” Supercars Championship event scheduled to be held 20/10/17 to 22/10/17 at Surfers Paradise, Gold Coast QLD, Australia valued up to $4,500 including GST depending on point of departure. Each Major Prize includes: 3 nights’ minimum 5 star hotel accommodation, corporate hospitality tickets to the 2017 Gold Coast 600 on Sunday 22nd October, transfers and meals. Additional spending money, meals, taxes (excluding airline and airport taxes), insurance, transport to and from departure point, additional transfers, items of a personal nature, in-room charges and all other ancillary costs are not included.
16. If the winner is not from the “Greater Brisbane Region” including Brisbane, Ipswich, Toowoomba, Gold Coast and/or Sunshine Coast, the major prize also includes 1 x return economy airfare to Gold Coast Australia from the winner’s nearest Australian capital city (carrier selected by the Promoter). If the winner is from the Greater Brisbane Region, then the prize does not include airfares and the airfare component of the prize is not redeemable for cash.
17. The winner’s location will be determined by the location of the registered business.
18. Major Prize must be taken to coincide with the 2017 Gold Coast 600. Prize is subject to booking and flight availability.
19. A maximum of 1 Major Prize will be awarded per winning Eligible Entrant.
20. The winners must be eligible to travel to the Gold Coast, Australia in order to take the Major Prize. Winner must travel on the dates specified and flight itinerary will be at the sole discretion of the Promoter. Promoter takes no responsibility for the winner failing to take any part of the prize and no compensation will be given. Frequent flyer points will not form part of the Major Prize. The Major Prize is subject to the standard terms and conditions of individual prize and service providers. The winners will be required to present their credit card at time of accommodation check in.
21. The activities included in the Major Prize are subject to the event venue and ticket terms and conditions, including any applicable age restriction. The Promoter and Gold Coast 600 organisers hereby expressly reserve the right to eject any winner for any inappropriate behaviour, including but not limited to intoxication, whilst participating in any element of the prize.
GENERAL
22. If any prize/s (or part of any prize/s) is unavailable, the Promoter, in its discretion, reserves the right to substitute the prize/s (or that part of the prize) with a prize to the equal value and/or specification, subject to any written directions from a regulatory authority.
23. Total prize pool value in each Group is as follows: up to AU$4,000 in NSW/ACT; VIC/TAS; QLD; up to AU$4,200 in SA/NT and up to AU$4,500 in WA. Prizes, or any unused portion of a prize, are not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be taken as cash, unless otherwise specified.
24. As the major prize is an event, any winner of a major prize has 5 business days to claim their prize. Unclaimed major prizes if any will be forfeited and a new prize winner will be announced as per clause 12 22nd September 2017 if any, will be notified by telephone and in writing within 24hours and appear in the Australian newspaper September 24, 2017.
25. A draw for any unclaimed minor prizes may take place at 12pm AEST on 11/11/2017 at the same time and place as the original draws, subject to any written directions from a regulatory authority. Winners, if any, will be notified by telephone and in writing within 2 business days of the draw.
26. Eligible Entrants consent to the Promoter using their name, likeness, image, and/or voice (including photograph, film and/or recording of the same) in any media for an unlimited period without remuneration for the purpose of promoting this Promotion (including any outcome), and promoting any products manufactured, distributed and/or supplied by the Promoter.
27. If this Promotion is interfered with in any way or is not capable of being conducted as reasonably anticipated due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter, including but not limited to technical difficulties, unauthorised intervention or fraud, the Promoter reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to the fullest extent permitted by law: (a) to disqualify any Eligible Entrant; or (b) subject to any written directions from a regulatory authority, to modify, suspend, terminate or cancel the Promotion, as appropriate.
28. Any cost associated with accessing the Promotional Website is the Eligible Entrants responsibility and is dependent on the Internet service provider used.

Nothing in these Terms and Conditions limits, excludes or modifies or purports to limit, exclude or modify the statutory consumer guarantees as provided under the Competition and Consumer Act, as well as any other implied warranties under the ASIC Act or similar consumer protection laws in the State and Territories of Australia (“Non-Excludable Guarantees”). Except for any liability that cannot by law be excluded, including the Non-Excludable Guarantees, the Promoter (including its respective officers, employees and agents) excludes all liability (including negligence), for any personal injury; or any loss or damage (including loss of opportunity); whether direct, indirect, special or consequential, arising in any way out of the Promotion.

Except for any liability that cannot by law be excluded, including the Non-Excludable Guarantees, the Promoter (including its respective officers, employees and agents) is not responsible for and excludes all liability (including negligence), for any personal injury; or any loss or damage (including loss of opportunity); whether direct, indirect, special or consequential, arising in any way out of: (a) any technical difficulties or equipment malfunction (whether or not under the Promoter’s control); (b) any theft, unauthorised access or third party interference; (c) any entry or prize claim that is late, lost, altered, damaged or misdirected (whether or not after their receipt by the Promoter) due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter; (d) any variation in prize value to that stated in these Terms and Conditions; (e) if the Gold Coast 600 is cancelled or delayed for any reason beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter; (f) any tax liability incurred by an Eligible Entrant; or (g) taking of a prize/use of a prize.
31. As a condition of accepting a prize, the winners must sign any legal documentation as and in the form required by the Promoter and/or prize suppliers in their absolute discretion, including but not limited to a legal release and indemnity form.
32. The Promoter collects personal information in order to conduct the promotion and may, for this purpose, disclose such information to third parties, including but not limited to agents, contractors, service providers, prize suppliers and, as required, to Australian regulatory authorities. Entry is conditional on providing this information.
