Who can enter the lottery and when does it close?No persons under 18 years of age are permitted to enter. The lottery closes on Monday 5 June 2023, at 12 midnight AEST.
When is the draw and how will the winners be notified?The main draw date is 12 Noon AEST on Wednesday 7 June 2023. The draw will take place at 36 Industrial Ave, Molendinar QLD 4214. Winners will be notified promptly by telephone, and the lottery results will be published on the websites www.amfraflles.com.au and www.aspireconsulting.com.au on 7 June 2023.
What are the terms and conditions?The lottery is conducted under provisions of the Lotteries and Art Unions Act 1999, Lotteries and Arts Unions Amendment Act 2007, and the Charitable Fundraising Act 1999. If the lottery sells out or if payment is received after the draw date, your payment will be automatically entered into the next lottery, and you will receive new ticket numbers once the lottery starts and the payment is processed. Prizes must be redeemed within 1 month of nomination, subject to availability. The car is not transferable or redeemable for cash. The maximum number of tickets to be sold in Victoria is 70,000.
