Employees (and their immediate families) of the Promoter, Participating Retailers (defined below) and agencies associated with this promotion are ineligible to enter. Immediate family means any of the following: spouse, ex-spouse, de-facto spouse, child or step-child (whether natural or by adoption), parent, step-parent, grandparent, step-grandparent, uncle, aunt, niece, nephew, brother, sister, step-brother, step-sister or 1st cousin.

PROMOTIONAL PERIOD:
Promotion commences on 12/05/2015 and ends for purchases and entries at 11:59pm AEST on 13/07/2015 (“Entry Period”). Final Product Registrations (defined below) close at 11:59pm AEST on 31/07/2015.
HOW TO ENTER:
To enter, an authorised representative aged 18 years or over of a Business (“Authorised Representative”) must complete the following steps on behalf of the Business:
a) purchase any product in the MYOB Essentials, MYOB AccountRight, or MYOB AccountEdge ranges (each an “Eligible Product”) from any Participating Retailer during the Entry Period. A “Participating Retailer” will be any OfficeWorks, Harvey Norman, JB Hi-Fi or Dick Smith Electronics store in Australia (including their respective online stores);
b) visit myob.com/backyourbusiness, follow the prompts to the promotional entry page, input the requested details (including their full name, the Business name, contact telephone number, the name and serial number of the Eligible Product purchased, and the date and store of purchase), provide an answer to the promotional question “Tell us how you’d spend a $20,000 cash injection to your business?” in 100 words or less, and submit the fully completed entry form so it is received during the Entry Period; and
c) install the Eligible Product on their computer desktop and follow the instructions provided by the installation program to register the Eligible Product by 11:59pm AEST on 31/07/2015 (“Product Registration”).
For the avoidance of doubt, individuals will only receive an entry into the promotion if they complete all of the three steps (a, b and c) outlined above within the required timelines.
PRIZE:
The best valid entry, as determined by the judges, will win $20,000, awarded in the form of an electronic funds transfer into the winning Business’ nominated bank account.
