Terms & Conditions
1. The Photography Competition is open to all photographers aged 18 or over, other than employees of Remember Forever and F8 Stuff.
2. Each image can only be entered once. Duplicates will be removed. Only one entry per photographer is permi
3. The image must have been created in the past two years and be your original work.
4. You must be the sole author and owner of the copyright of all image entered.
5. Source material or proof of permission to use must be made available on request by F8 Stuff and /or Remember Forever.
6. F8 Stuff or Remember Forever does not accept any liability for the publication of unlawfully reproduced images.
7. The Photographer retains all copyright to their entries and the only usage F8 Stuff and Remember Forever requests licensing for is solely for the display in this competition. By entering this competition, you are giving permission for your image to be displayed on the competition website.
8. F8 stuff and Remember Forever respect an individual’s right to privacy and that individual’s right to control how information held on their behalf is used. Personal information collected by F8 stuff from you, will be used to keep you up to date with our work by sending information via email, mail, SMS or telephone. This may include newsletters, appeals or other information. Please contact us should you wish to alter or delete any of these methods of contact. Please see our privacy policy or contact us for full details on how we handle your personal information.
9. Image should be submitted as jpgs.
10. All entries must be submitted online. Entries received by other means will not be included for judging.
11. The winners consent to the use of their image, name and/or photograph in any publicity carried out by F8 Stuff and Remember Forever without further compensation.

Grand Prize: 5 Day Photography Retreat, including nightly Milky Way intensive with Remember Forever Photography. (valued at $1899)

13. Prizes are non-transferable.
14. Entries close 10th February 2018. Winners will be contacted by Tuesday 12th February.
15. We reserve the right, at our discretion, to disqualify or discount any entrant, image or vote connected to votes cast by unfair means.
