What is the prize for the MS Queensland lottery?The Grand Prize is the option between a BMW M2 Coupe valued at $140,880 or gold to the same value. The Early Bird Prize is either a Perth & Margaret River holiday valued at $10,000 or $10,000 cash. The MS Autobuy Members Prize consists of 2x $2,500 cash prizes.
What is the total worth of all the prizes?The total retail value of all prizes is $155,880.
When will the prize draws take place?The Early Bird Prize Draw will take place at 2 pm on Friday, 1 December 2023, and the Final Prize Draw will occur at 2 pm on Friday, 15 December 2023.
How will the winners be notified?Winners will be contacted by phone and will receive an official prize notification via email.
What is the prize claim process?Winners must complete a 100-point identification check and claim their prize within the timeframe specified by the Promoter. If a prize is unclaimed, MS Queensland reserves the right not to draw another winner.
What are the conditions for the Grand Prize?The Grand Prize winner has 48 hours from notification to choose between the car or the gold. Delivery of the vehicle may take up to 12 months, and on-road costs are included, but insurance and servicing are the winner's responsibility. If choosing gold, it will be provided through an account with ABC Bullion within 20 business days after identification verification.
What are the conditions for the Early Bird Prize?The Early Bird Prize winner also has 48 hours to choose between the holiday package or $10,000 cash. The holiday includes flights, accommodations, meals, and transfers. If choosing cash, the amount will be provided within 20 business days after identification verification.
What are the conditions for the MS Autobuy Members Prize?The MS Autobuy Members Prize winners will receive their cash prizes via bank deposit or bank cheque within 20 business days after identification verification.
Can the lottery tickets be refunded?Yes, MS Queensland will refund tickets up until the final draw close. Refund requests must be in writing and either posted or emailed to the specified addresses before the draw close date and time.
Are there any additional terms?The Promoter reserves the right to limit entry, discontinue the competition, or amend rules if necessary, and has the right to modify terms and conditions at any time, with current ticket holders being notified of these changes.
