1. Information on how to enter and the prize form part of these Terms and Conditions of Entry. Participation in this promotion is deemed acceptance of these Terms and Conditions of Entry.
2. The promoters of this competition are Mandalay Holiday Resort and Jetsetting Kids (the ‘Promoters’)
3. Entry is open to Australian residents. By entering the competition you certify you are over 18 years of age. Employees, and their immediate families of the Promoter and its agencies are ineligible to enter.
4. The Promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and entrants (including entrants identity, age and place of residence) and to disqualify any entrants for tampering with the entry process or for submitting an entry not in accordance with these Terms and Conditions of Entry.
5. The competition commences at 9am (AWST) on Wednesday 4th May 2016 and closes at 5pm (AWST) on Wednesday 18th May 2016. Any entry received after the close of the competition will be deemed invalid. No responsibility is accepted for late, lost, delayed or misdirected entries.
6. To enter the competition you must submit your requested details at Mandalay Holiday Resort's or Jetsetting Kids official Instagram pages.
7. The promoter reserves the right to remove and exclude any entry from the competition at any time. Any use of robotic, mechanical, automatic, programmed or like methods of participation will void each entry made in this way.
COMPETITION SPECIFICS
DRAW DATES
1. The winner will be drawn on Wednesday 11th May 2016 by one of The Promoters or one of their agents and the winner will be notified within 7 days of the draw.
2. The winner will be notified by email.
3. Decisions of the promoter and agencies is final. No correspondence will be entered into.
 
PRIZE
1. The prize is 3 nights in a Two Storey Spa Villa at Mandalay Holiday Resort plus a family pass to Busselton Jetty Underwater Observatory.
2. Prize value at over $1000
3. The prize can not be transferred, redeemed for cash and is subject to availability.
4. The prize does not include any travel or incidental expenses. These will be paid for by the prize winner.
5. Accommodation is valid from 1st May 2016 to 22nd September 2016 excluding June Long weekend.
6. The prize is for 2 adults and 2 children. There will be additional charges for extra guests according to Mandalay Holiday Resort's standard rates.
7. All parts of the prize prize must be redeemed in conjunction with the accommodation prize from Mandalay.
8. You agree that the promoter may use your entry and personal details provided to the promoter for any promotional, marketing and publicity purposes of the Promoter.
