TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF ENTRY
The business entity ACEITES DEL SUR- COOSUR, S.A. with C.I.F. nº A-80245129 and based in CARRETERA LA CAROLINA 23220 VILCHES (JA�N) (Espa�a) is the promoter of the following action, according to the next points:
1 - Promotion period and geographical area
The Promotion starts at 12.00 pm (GTM+10) on the 28th of December 2016 and finishes at 12:00pm (GTM+10) on the 16th of January 2017 and is limited to the Australian territory. The organization reserves the right to extend the promotion.
If for any reason it is necessary to postpone, modify, cancel or repeat the promotion, it will be notified to all the participants through the email provided in the promotion form.
2- Eligibility
All Australian residents over 14 who follow the instructions to enter the promotion will be eligible for winning one of the prizes. If for any reason one of the winners doesn’t comply with this criteria, they will lose the prize, surrendering it to the next person designated as a substitute in the promotion.
3 - Prizes Description
The prize for this promotion will consist of:

The prize will be valid only for the winner of the promotion and won’t be transferable.
4- Promotion mechanics:
In order to enter the competition, entrants will need to follow these steps during the duration of the promotion:

2- Click on the Promotion tab, then;
3- Follow the steps to answer the question displayed (What is your top New Year's resolution for 2017?), then;
5- Submit their entry.
5 - Winner selection
All the winner will be randomly chosen from among all the correct entries received.
6 - Notification of contest winner
The winner will be announced at the end of the promotion through a link in a post of ‘La Espa�ola Australia’ facebook page which will lead to the specific website of "La Espa�ola" referred to the winners..
The names of the winners may be used for advertising purposes during the maximum period of 12 months after the draw.
All the winners will be asked to send their full name, address and phone number through facebook message in order to ship it and giving their consent for that purpose, may revoke such consent anytime.
- The winners are entitled to renounce to the prizes, however, it will not be exchanged for another product or delivery in cash. All prizes awarded in this promotion are personal and not transferable.
- The non-acceptance of any of these terms will mean the loss of the prize to the participant or right derived from the draw.
7 - Law and Jurisdiction.
Promotion bases are governed by spanish Law. All the participants in the Promotion submit to the Courts of Sevilla (Spain) expressly waiving any other jurisdiction might apply.
