2. ELIGIBILITY: To be eligible, you must (a) be a legal resident of Australia and (b) have reached the age of eighteen (18) years and not be an employee or contractor, or any third parties associated with the promotion or be a member of their immediate families.
By entering this Competition, entrants agree to abide by these Official Rules and the decisions of Sponsor and Judges, which shall be final and binding on all matters relating to this Competition.

Entrants must be the sole creators of the Entries submitted inthis Contest. Modifying, enhancing or altering a third party?s pre-existing work does not qualify as entrant?s original creation and will be disqualified from the Contest.
Entry must also conform to the following additional Entry Requirements in Sponsor?s sole discretion or the Entry will be disqualified:
a) Entry cannot be sexually explicit or suggestive, violent or derogatory of any ethnic, racial, gender,religious, professional or age group, profane or pornographic, contain nudity or any inherently dangerous activity;
b) Entry cannot promote illegal drugs or firearms (or the use of any of the foregoing), or any activities that may appear unsafe or dangerous, or any particular political agenda or message;
c) Entry cannot be obscene or offensive, endorse any form of hate or hate group;
d) Entry cannot defame, misrepresent or contain disparaging remarks about Sponsor or their products or services, or other people, products or companies;
e) Entry cannot contain trademarks,logos owned by others (except the Assets, as defined herein) or advertise or promote any brand or product of any kind (other than the Assets);
f) Entry cannot contain any personal identification, such as license plate numbers, personal names, email addresses or account numbers;
g) Entry cannot contain copyrighted materials owned by others (including photographs, sculptures,paintings and other works of art or images published on or in websites,television, movies or other media);
h) Entry cannot contain materials embodying the names, likenesses, photographs, or other indicia identifying any person, living or dead, without written permission;
i) Entry cannot communicate messages or images inconsistent with the positive images and/or goodwill to which Sponsor wishes to associate;and
j) Entry cannot depict, and cannot itself, be in violation of any guideline (including, but not limited to Facebook guidelines), regulation or law.
k) The promoter accepts no responsibility accepted for late, lost or misdirected entries.
Any entrant who intentionally and/or fraudulently provides incorrect personal data may be banned at Sponsor?s discretion.
4. PRIZE AND ANNOUNCEMENT:
a. The winner will be announced within a week following the competition close date. If you win, you will be notified via the Facebook wall and asked to submit your email and postal address through a direct message on Facebook.
b. The maximum retail value of the total prize is AUD $449 Prize must be taken as offered. The prize or any unused portion of it is not exchangeable and cannot be redeemed as cash. The prize cannot be used inconjunction with any special offer.
b. The prize does not include any installation or set-up of any of the products.
c. In the event that a prize or part of a prize is unavailable, Mimi Arthouse reserves the right to substitute the prize or part of the prize inits discretion with an alternative prize or part of the prize to the same and equal recommended retail value.
d. Mimi Arthouse accepts no responsibility for any variation in the prize value.
e. The prize will be delivered to the nominated address or pick up will be available from Brisbane. If, for any reason, the winner does not accept the prize at the time stipulated by Mimi Arthouse, then the prize will be forfeited by the winner. And second place will then take the prize
i. Mimi Arthouse is not responsible for any costs associated with entering the promotion
j. Mimi Arthouse is not responsible or liable for any loss or damages incurred by any party if any prize is unavailable.
k. All entries are deemed to be received at the time of receipt by Mimi Arthouse not time of transmission by the entrant. Mimi Arthouse is not responsible for any entries not received or for any delays in the delivery of any entries.
l. Mimi Arthouse reserves the right, at any time, to verify the validity of entries and entrants (including age, residence or identity) and to disqualify any entrant who submits an entry that is not in accordance with theTerms or who tampers with the entry process.
m. Errors and omissions may be accepted at Mimi Arthouse's discretion. Failure by the Sponsor to enforce any of its rights at any stage does not constitute a waiver of those rights.
n. If for any reason, the promotion is not capable of running as planned, including, without limitation, due to infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, technical failures or any other causes beyond the control of Mimi Arthouse, Then Mimi Arthouse reserves the right in its sole discretion take any action that may be available, including to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the promotion subject to any direction given under the relevant state/territory permit regulations and/or disqualify any individual.
o. Except for any liability that cannot be excluded by law, theSponsor (including its officers, employees, agents and related bodies corporate as defined by the Corporations Act 2001 (Cth)) exclude all liability (including negligence) for any personal injury or any loss or damage (including loss of opportunity) whether direct, indirect, special or consequential, arising in anyway out of the promotion, including, but not limited to:
any technical difficulties, technical error or equipment malfunction (whether or not under the Sponsor?s control);
any error, omission, interruption, deletion, delay, defect, theft, unauthorised access or third party interference;
any entry or prize claim that is late, lost, altered, damaged or misdirected (whether or not after their receipt by the Sponsor) due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of the Sponsor;
any variation in prize value to that stated in these Terms;
any tax liability incurred by a winner or entrant; or
use of a prize.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the relevant State authorities.
All entries become the property of the Sponsor. The use and collection of your personal information to administer this promotion is in accordance with the Sponsor?s Privacy Policy.
Your personal information may be disclosed to the authorities responsible for the regulation of lotteries. Winners' names will be published on Mimi Arthouse Facebook and Instagram pages and retained as required by relevant legislation.
6. JUDGING: A judging panel (?Judges?) will judge all eligible Entries received to determine the eligible winner. Entries will be judged based on creativity. Decisions of Sponsors and Judges are final and binding, without right of appeal, in all matters relating to the Judging and the Contest generally.
GENERAL TERMS
7. LICENSE TOUSE: By entering, each entrant grants to Sponsor an irrevocable, perpetual, royalty-free, transferable license of unlimited right, title and interest in and to his/her Entry, including, but not limited to, all copyright and trademark rights therein and thereto and all renewals and extensions there of, throughout the universe, in perpetuity, for all purposes, in any and all media, whether now known or hereafter devised.
