Assuming all tickets are sold; 1 ticket has a 1 in 270,000 chance of winning the Grand Prize.
Maximum number of tickets in Lottery No. 82 is 270,000 tickets throughout New South Wales (NSW), Queensland (QLD), Tasmania (TAS) & Victoria (VIC). Tickets are capped at 133,960 in the Australian Capital Territory (ACT). All tickets are $2.50 each.
The total retail value of all prizes in Lottery No. 82 is $33,490.
Unless specified otherwise, all prize draws will be conducted at Apple Marketing Group, Level 8 /11 Queens Rd, Melbourne.
Results will be posted on the Lucky Puppy Lottery website and on the Seeing Eye Dogs website. Results will also be posted within the public notices section of The Australian on Friday, 1 April 2022.
All prize winners will receive a phone call from a member of the Seeing Eye Dogs team and will also be posted out an official prize notification letter.
The following persons and their relatives (relatives are defined as spouse, including de facto spouse, parent, child or sibling) are ineligible to purchase tickets for themselves or on behalf of any other person: board members, senior managers and ticket fulfillment staff at Seeing Eye Dogs Vision Australia; the nominee of the lottery; directors and employees associated with the lottery draws.
The Promoters’ decision will be final and cannot be contested. No correspondence will be entered into.
The Promoters reserve the right to limit entry, discontinue competition or amend rules if considered necessary, without notice (but subject to any required regulatory approval).
The completed entry and any information contained thereon shall remain the property of Seeing Eye Dogs Vision Australia.
By participating in this promotion entrants agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
In accordance with Australian consumer law, Seeing Eye Dogs is not obligated to provide a refund for any 'change of heart' decision related to the purchase of a ticket.
For other refund requests, or if tickets have been sold in error, Seeing Eye Dogs may provide a refund at its discretion on a case by case basis.
Refund requests must be received and approved by Seeing Eye Dogs the day before the prize draw to be processed. Refunds will NOT be approved after the prize draw close date and time.

Lottery tickets are not tax deductible.
The permit number for Lottery No. 82 in the ACT is R 21/00223. The permit number for Lottery No. 82 in NSW is GOCAU/2398. The licence number for Lottery No. 82 in QLD is 79085. The permit number for Lottery No. 82 in VIC is 10591/21. All permits are valid from Monday, 3 January 2022 through to midnight Tuesday, 29 March 2022 As we do not hold a permit in South Australia, all supporters living in South Australia are ineligible to purchase tickets into the lottery.
The promoter is Ian Andrew Finlayson of Seeing Eye Dogs Vision Australi 454 Glenferrie Road, Kooyong Victoria.
There is an agreement with Apple Marketing Group Pty Ltd, (ACN 132 476 709) Commercial Raffle Organisers Licence K08000008, to promote or conduct this raffle for reward.

Prizes (ALL)
Each winner is required to complete a 100-point identification check.
If the winner chooses not to accept the prize, or if the prize is forfeited, Seeing Eye Dogs reserves the right not to draw another winner.
Unclaimed Prizes in the ACT: Where Seeing Eye Dogs is unable to contact a winner, or any prize remains unclaimed 8 weeks from the draw date, Seeing Eye Dogs reserves the right to conduct a re-draw from the remaining entries in the relevant draw. The re-draw would be conducted at 2:30pm AEDT Wednesday, 25 May 2022.
It will be the winner’s responsibility to redeem the prize from the promoter.
No responsibility is accepted for any variation in the value of the prizes.

Grand Prize
The Grand Prize winner(s) will have the option of selecting either a black Mitsubishi Eclipse Cross (RRP $30,490) or $30,000 Cash.
If the Grand Prize winner(s) resides in Victoria or Queensland they will have the option of selecting either a black Mitsubishi Eclipse Cross (RRP $30,490) or $30,000 in Gold.
The Grand Prize winner(s) will be given 48-hours from the time of notification to make their decision.
If the Grand Prize winner(s) elects to take the Mitsubishi Eclipse Cross, arrangements between Motorama Mitsubishi Moorooka and the Grand Prize winner(s) will commence immediately to order and arrange delivery of the vehicle. Delivery of the vehicle is ex-Queensland and may take up to 6 months. The Mitsubishi Eclipse Cross includes all on-road costs, registration fees and compulsory third party insurance. Ongoing servicing is the responsibility of the winner(s). If the winner(s) choose a colour other than black for the vehicle, an additional cost of $940 will be charged to the winner(s).
If the Grand Prize winner(s) elects to take the $30,000 Cash, an EFT transfer will be organised. This will be received within a maximum of 20 business days after a 100-point identification check has been completed and verified by a Seeing Eye Dogs representative.
If the Grand Prize winner(s) reside in Victoria or Queensland and elect to take the $30,000 in Gold, they will be provided with the gold in an account with ABC Bullion. This will be organised within a maximum of 20 business days after a 100-point identification check has been completed and verified by a Seeing Eye Dogs representative.
VIP Prize
To be eligible to win the VIP Prize, you must be a Super Puppy Sponsor before midnight AEDT Sunday, 27 February 2022.
A Super Puppy Sponsor is someone who supports Seeing Eye Dogs with a regular monthly donation. In additional to monthly donations, these sponsors also make a quarterly payment to purchase tickets in every Lucky Puppy Lottery.
Tickets purchased via the website are not eligible for the VIP Prize. You must sign up as a regular giver separately and ensure that Lucky Puppy Lottery tickets are included within your sponsorship.
The VIP Prize winner(s) will win a $500 Coles Myer Gift Card.
The VIP Prize winner(s) will have the $500 Coles Myer Gift Card sent out to their nominated postal address after a 100-point identification check has been completed and verified by a Seeing Eye Dogs representative.
Early Bird Prize
Only tickets purchased before 12pm AEDT Wednesday, 16 March 2022 are eligible for the Early Bird Prize draw at 2:30pm AEDT Wednesday, 16 March 2022.
If purchasing tickets online via the website, Early Bird Prize ticket sales close at Midnight AEDT Tuesday, 15 March 2022.
The Early Bird Prize winner(s) will win a $1,000 Coles Myer Gift Card.
The Early Bird Prize winner(s) will have the $1,000 Coles Myer Gift Card sent out to their nominated postal address after a 100-point identification check has been completed and verified by a Seeing Eye Dogs representative.
Bonus Prize
To be eligible to win the Bonus Prize, you must purchase more than $50 worth of tickets before 12pm AEDT Wednesday, 23 March 2022.
If purchasing tickets online via the website, Bonus Prize ticket sales close at Midnight AEDT Tuesday, 22 March 2022.
The $50 worth of tickets must be purchased using the exact same name and contact details.
The Bonus Prize winner(s) will win a $1,000 Coles Myer Gift Card.
The Bonus Prize winner(s) will have the $1,000 Coles Myer Gift Card sent out to their nominated postal address after a 100-point identification check has been completed and verified by a Seeing Eye Dogs representative.
Lucky Club Prize
The Lucky Club Prize is a separate draw that consists only of tickets purchased by Lucky Club members.
To be eligible to win the Lucky Club Prize, you must have an active Lucky Club membership at the time of the prize draw on Wednesday, 30 March 2022 and have at least 1 (one) ticket in the current lottery (82).
The Lucky Club winner(s) will win a $500 Coles Myer Gift Card.
The Lucky Club winner(s) will have the $500 Coles Myer Gift Card sent out to their nominated postal address after a 100-point identification check has been completed and verified by a Seeing Eye Dogs representative.
