form so it is received during the Promotional Period.
By submitting an entry into this promotion, individuals agree to be added to the Promoter’s
Access All Areas database and for their personal information to be handled in accordance

10. This is a game of skill and chance plays no part in determining the winner. Each entry will
be individually judged based on literary and creative merit of the answer provided to the
promotional question Entries will be judged at the Promoter’s offices, commencing on
06/06/2016. The judges may select additional reserve entries which they determine to be the
next best, and record them in order, in case of an invalid entry or ineligible entrant.
11. The winner will be notified by email and/or telephone.
12. The Promoter’s and judge’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
13. The best valid entry, as determined by the judges, will win a Samsung Smart TV, up to the
value of $1000
14. If a winner is under the age of 18 years, the prize will be awarded to the winner's nominated
parent or guardian on the winner’s behalf.
15. If for any reason the winner does not take a prize by the time stipulated by the Promoter,
then the prize will be forfeited.
16. If the prize is unavailable, the Promoter, in its discretion, reserves the right to substitute the
prize with a prize to the equal value and/or specification.
17. Total prize pool value up to $1000.
18. Prize is not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be taken as cash, unless otherwise
