2. Information on how to enter and prizes form part of these conditions of entry. You are deemed to accept conditions of entry when you enter or participate in the promotion.
3. Directors, management and employees of the Promoter and its related entities (and their immediate families), printers, suppliers, providers and agencies associated with this promotion are ineligible to enter the promotion.
4. Entry is only open to residents of Australia aged 18 years or older (Eligible Entrants) with a valid passport.
5. The promotion commences 6:00 am Australian Eastern Daylight Savings Time (AEDST) Wednesday 12 November 2014 and closes at 9:00 pm AEDST on 5 December 2014. Entries will be deemed to be received at the time of receipt by the Promoter and not at the time of submission by the entrant (Promotion Period).
6. To be eligible, entrants must first have “Liked” the Promoter’s Facebook page at https://www.facebook.com/ARMORALLAusNZ (Promoter’s Facebook Page). Entrants must then access the Classic Moves voting application form from the link on the Promoter’s Facebook Page then enter their vote of choice.
7. Only one vote - per person - to the promotion as per Condition 6 is permitted. Any subsequent votes from a person or entity under Condition 6 after the first valid vote is received will be invalid.
8. Incomplete, inaccurate, erroneous, ineligible or incomprehensible votes will be deemed invalid. Entrants who enter using multiple Facebook accounts or aliases may be disqualified. Entries must be received by the Promoter during the Promotion Period. Entries received will be considered final by the Promoter. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for late, lost or misdirected entries.
9. Any costs associated with entering remain the responsibility of each entrant and are dependent on the internet service provider used.
10. There shall be one (1) overall winner with the prize pool as follows (Prize Pool):
a. $1,000 in cash from ARMOR ALL; and
b. A set of 4 brand new Falken Tyres to the maximum value of $1,000 fitted at the Falken Dealer closest to the winner.
11. There shall be three (3) weekly minor winners, with each receiving the following:
a. ARMOR ALL cap signed by V8 Supercars legend Greg Murphy at the 2014 Castrol Edge Gold Coast 600 (cap valued at $50); and
b. ARMOR ALL Car Care Gift Pack (valued at $50).
12. The total Prize Pool including the overall winner and the weekly winners is valued at $2,300. All prize values are the recommended retail value (including GST) in Australia as provided by the supplier and are correct at the start of the promotion. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any variation in the Prize Pool values. Prizes are not transferable or exchangeable. No compensation will be payable if a winner is unable to use the Prize.
13. All Facebook accounts that have:
a. “Liked” the Promoter’s Facebook Page in the Promotion Period;
b. Voted for their favourite ARMOR ALL Classic Moves from the application gallery;
will be handed to a Promoter representative to randomly select an entrant from those who have voted.
14. The weekly winners will be announced throughout the duration of this promotion as stated in Condition 5. The first weekly winner will be announced Thursday 20 November 2014, the second weekly winner Thursday 27 November 2014 and the third weekly winner Thursday 4 December 2014. The draw will take place at BAM Media, 1/24 Kingston Drive, Helensvale Qld, Australia 4212 at 6.00pm AEDST. It is a requirement that all winners are notified in writing. The winner will be notified in writing through a direct Facebook message from The Promoter and will be announced on the Promoter’s Facebook Page. The winner’s name and locality will be published on the Promoter’s Facebook Page as per the three dates provided above. The decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
15. The overall winner will be announced as stated in Condition 5. The overall winner will be drawn on 6 December 2014, at BAM Media, 1/24 Kingston Drive, Helensvale Qld, Australia 4212 at 12.00pm AEDST. It is a requirement that all winners are notified in writing. The winner will be notified in writing through a direct Facebook message from The Promoter and will be announced on the Promoter’s Facebook Page. The overall winner’s name and locality will be published on the Promoter’s Facebook Page on 6 December, 2014. The decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
16. The Promoter may require a winner to verify their entry and provide proof of identity, proof of age and proof of residency. Proof considered suitable for verification is at the Promoter’s discretion. From when the Promoter notifies them that they have been judged the winner, the winner has one (1) month to acknowledge and accept the win, otherwise their entry will be deemed invalid. If their entry is deemed invalid or if the Entrant does not confirm their eligibility to be awarded the Prize within the one (1) month of being successfully notified, the relevant winner’s entry will be deemed invalid and the Prize will be awarded to the first reserve entry judged to be the next best entry in accordance with Condition 14 and 15.
17. The Promoter may conduct a re-judgement 1 month from the last original judgement being 6 January 2015 at the same time and address of the original prize draw, subject to any written directions given under applicable State or Territory legislation. The re-drawn winner will be notified in writing via a Facebook Direct Message.
18. If the prize cannot be awarded to the person judged the winner, the Promoter will continue the process set out in Condition 17 with the reserve entries (in turn) until the prize is awarded. It is a requirement that all prize winners are notified in writing (via a Facebook Direct Message).
19. If the Prize or an element of the Prize becomes unavailable, for any reason beyond the Promoter’s reasonable control, then a comparable prize or prize element of equal or greater value will be awarded in lieu as determined by the Promoter, subject to any written directions made under applicable State or Territory legislation.
20. It is a condition of accepting the Prize that the winner may be required to sign a legal release/s or release/s in a form determined by the Promoter in its absolute discretion.
21. Any attempt, deliberate or otherwise, to cause malicious damage or interference with the normal functioning of the Promoter’s Facebook Page or the information on the Promoter’s Facebook Page, or to otherwise undermine the legitimate operation of this promotion may be a violation of criminal and civil laws and, should such an attempt be made, whether successful or not, the Promoter reserves the right to seek damages to the fullest extent permitted by law. If the Promoter suffers loss or incurs any costs in connection with any breach of these Conditions of Entry or any other legal obligation by an entrant, the entrant agrees to indemnify the Promoter for those losses, damages and costs.
22. The Promoter will not be responsible for any incorrect, inaccurate or incomplete information communicated in the course of, or in connection with, this promotion if the deficiency is occasioned by any cause outside the reasonable control of the Promoter including but without limitation technical malfunctions or failures.
23. The Promoter and its associated agencies and companies are not responsible for any problems, delays or technical malfunction of or network or lines, servers or providers, computer equipment, software, technical problems or traffic congestion on a network or a mobile network or any combination thereof, or any other technical failures including any damage to entrant's or any other person's mobile handset, computer or peripherals related to, or resulting from, participation in this promotion or the downloading of any materials related to this promotion.
24. The Promoter and its associated agencies and companies are not liable for any loss (including, without limitation, indirect or consequential loss), damage, personal injury or death which is suffered or sustained (including but not limited to that arising from any person's negligence) in connection with this Promotion, or accepting or using any Prize, except for any liability that cannot be excluded by law (in which case that liability is limited to the minimum allowable by law). Nothing in these conditions restricts, excludes or modifies or purports to restrict, exclude or modify any statutory consumer rights under any applicable law including the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth).
25. Without limiting the previous paragraph, once any prize has left the Promoter’s/supplier’s premises, the Promoter and its agents associated with this promotion will not be responsible for any delay in delivery, loss or damage to the Prize (or part of the Prize). Prizes will be delivered in Australia only.
26. If for any reason this promotion is not capable of running as planned for any reason beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter including because of war, terrorism, state of emergency or disaster (including natural disaster), infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorised intervention, technical failures or any which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this promotion, the Promoter reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the promotion and/or if necessary to provide an alternative prize to the same value as the original Prize, subject to any written directions made under applicable State or Territory legislation.
27. The Promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of any and all entries, and in its sole discretion, disqualify any entrant for: (a) tampering with the entry process or operation of the promotion; (b) submitting an entry which is not in accordance with these Conditions of Entry; or (c) if the entrant is engaged in any unlawful or other improper misconduct calculated to jeopardise the fair and proper conduct of the promotion. The Promoter’s legal rights to recover damages or other compensation from such an offender are reserved.

As a condition of entering this promotion, an entrant consents to, in the event they are the winner, the Promoter using the entrant’s name, likeness, image and/or voice (including photograph, film and/or recording of the same) in any media for an unlimited period of time without further notification, remuneration or compensation for the purpose of promoting, publicising or marketing the promotion (including any outcome), and/or promoting any products or services manufactured, distributed and/or supplied by the Promoter. If an entrant does not truthfully provide all requested personal information, the Promoter may determine the entrant is not eligible to win a prize. An entrant also agrees that in the event the entrant is the winner, publish or cause to be published the entrant’s name and locality in any media, as required under the relevant State or Territory lottery legislation.
31. The Promoter may communicate or advertise this competition using Facebook. However, the competition is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Facebook.
