The Promotion commences at 11:01am AEDT on 13 March 2014 and closes at 16.59pm AEST on 13 June 2014 (Promotion Period).
Entry is open to any Australian resident aged 13 years or older (Entrant). Employees and their immediate families of the Promoter, related companies of the Promoter and agencies associated with the promotion and their related companies are ineligible to enter.
To enter the Promotion, Entrants must visit www.facebook.com/ShesElectricOfficial or www.social.defectorsagency.com/sheselectric, “Like” the She’s Electric Facebook page at www.facebook.com/ShesElectricOfficial, then accurately complete an online entry form, and submit it so that it is received during the Promotion Period (Entry).
Entrants may only enter the Promotion once during the Promotion Period. Incomplete, indecipherable or inaccurate Entries will be deemed invalid. Entries are deemed to be received at the time of receipt into the Promotion database. The Promoter is not responsible for any delay in, or failure of, transmission which causes an Entry not to be received within the Promotion Period.
On the entry form Entrants have the option to refer a friend to obtain an extra entry into the draw, up to a maximum of 5 entries. Entrants will need to enter the names and email addresses of up to 5 friends to obtain the additional entries. Before referring friends, the entrant must first ensure they have the consent of the friend/s prior to nominating them to receive the details of the promotion. Extra entries will only be valid for referrals made via the entry form.
