All entries in the Competition become the property of the Promoter. The personal information collected from each entrant in the course of the Competition will be used by the Promoter for the purpose of administration of the Competition and as otherwise permitted in accordance with Bellamy’s Organic Privacy Policy located at https://www.bellamysorganic.com.au/privacy-policy/. The personal information will never be sold to anyone however the Promoter is permitted to disclose the information to third parties including the prize provider as required for the conduct of the Competition.
