The voucher can be posted as a paper voucher or emailed to the winner. Each prize features a unique identification number. False voucher numbers will be rejected. The prize can be redeemed in person or by telephone via Tucan Travel offices and through our agents as listed on our website. For online bookings a note can be added at the time of booking providing the details of the unique
identification number and the passport or drivers license details.The voucher is not redeemable for cash, is non-refundable and non transferable. The voucher will be issued to a named person and identification information must be provided in the form of either passport details or driver’s license details. The winner’s name and image may feature in our monthly newsletter or on our website.
