Promotion commences at 8:00am AEDT on 01/08/2014 and entries close at 5:30pm AEDT on 12/09/2014 (“Promotional Period”).
HOW TO ENTER:
To enter, individuals must during the Promotional Period enter via one of the following methods:
A. visit www.hyattaustralia.com, complete the official entry form and enter details of the entrant’s Marriage Proposal and personal details requested; or
B. Log into Twitter and tweet the entrant’s Marriage Proposal Submission using the hashtag #hyattweddings; or
C. Log into Instagram and post a photo of the entrant’s Marriage Proposal Submission using the hash tag #hyattweddings.
PRIZE:
Total prize pool value is $5,000 AUD. The Prize is the granting the winner’s unique proposal story (including any reasonable modifications made by the Promoter in its sole discretion) up to a maximum value of $5,000AUD (“Prize”). The Prize is awarded in the form of a voucher and must be redeemed with Thai Airways and Hyatt Regency Phuket Resort, Thailand before 31 March 2015 unless otherwise specified. Prize includes two return economy airfares as well as five night’s accommodation in Hyatt Regency Phuket Resort. Prize is not transferable, exchangeable or redeemable for cash. The Promoter accepts no responsibility or liability for the prize winner not being available to redeem the Prize at the specified location or within the specified timeframe, before 31 March 2015.If for any reason whatsoever the prize winner does not redeem a Prize by 31 March 2015, then the Prize will be forfeited by the Prize winner and cash will not be awarded in lieu. Once the Prize has left the Promoter’s premises, the Promoter takes no responsibility for prizes damaged, delayed or lost in transit. If aPrize is unavailable, the Promoter, in its discretion, reserves the right to substitute the Prize with an alternative prize to the equal value and/or specification (up to a maximum of AUD$5,000), unless to do so would be prohibited by law.
