Entry is open to Australian Residents over 18 years of age. The Promotion commences on 9:00 05/05/2017 and entries close on 10:00 22 November 2017. The random prize draw will take place at 14:00 on 22/11/2017 at Level 5/269 Wickham St Fortitude Valley Qld 4006. Winners will be notified by phone/email within two (2) business days of the draw. Once prize winner has been notified they will be given details as to how to claim their prize. The results will be published on accf.org.au/win and on ACCF's Facebook page the day after the draw. If there are any unclaimed or un-awarded prizes a prize draw will be conducted on 14-December-2017 at the same time and place as the original draw. Entry to this promotion is free. Only one chance per registered phone number will be entered into the draw unless an additional entry is allocated as a result a registered participant referring someone else to enter the draw. The winner will be chosen via an electronic raffle draw-master. Participants must be over 18 to be entered into the draw and must be reside within Australia. All entrants must provide a valid email address, Australian telephone number and full name to be entered into the draw. The winner will receive a trip for one person to the Himalayas as part of a trekking adventure with the Australian Cervical Cancer Foundation. Prize includes return economy airfares from winners' closest Australian capital city, airport transfers, accommodation, meals and activities. This trip has set travel dates (April 2018) however prize winner may choose to join an alternate ACCF voluntouring adventure with if they are happy to pay any price difference out of pocket. Trip is dependent on participation numbers and dates may change. Prize is valid for one year after draw date. Total Prize value is $4,999.
