The promotion commences at 10:00 EST on 13/06/2016 and closes at 23:59 EST on 10/07/2016 or while stocks of Corona branded neck tags (“Neck Tags”) last (“Promotional Period”).

To enter:
purchase one (1) Corona Extra 355ml bottle from a Participating Venue during the Promotional Period to receive a Neck Tag with your unique entry code (located on the tag);
visit WWW.CORONAEXTRA.COM.AU/WIN to access the online entry form for this promotion, and fully complete all sections of the online entry form (including first name, last name, address, email address, date of birth, mobile number and the unique entry code located on the Neck Tag);
agree to receive marketing material from Corona; and
submit the form between 10:00 EST on 13/06/2015 and 23:59 EST on 10/07/2016.
Limit applies of one (1) Neck Tag per person per day and one (1) entry per person per day. Entrants must retain their Neck Tags as proof of each valid purchase during the Promotional Period.
The draw will take place at 13:00 EST on 12/07/2016 at Traction Digital Pty Ltd, Suite 1, Level 25, 66 Goulburn St Sydney NSW 2000 (“Traction Digital”). The first valid entry drawn will receive the Prize.
Prize consists of a trip for the winner and nine (9) guests to Pasta Point Island, Maldives (“Prize”) valued at up to $62,000, depending on the winner’s point of departure. Prize includes return economy class airfares for ten (10) adults from Sydney to Ibrahim Nasir International Airport, Maldives (inclusive of all airline and airport taxes) departing Australia on 15/10/2016 and returning on 22/10/2016 with a $2,500 airline excess baggage allowance (for any surfboards the winner and his/her guests may travel with) (RRP $13,850); return transfers for ten (10) adults from Ibrahim Nasir International Airport, Maldives; seven (7) nights accommodation for ten adults in Chaaya Island Resort, Dhonveli Maldives in 5 x Garden Bures twin share, a $5,000 beverage allowance at the Chaaya Island Resort, Dhonveli; breakfast, lunch and dinner daily for ten (10) adults at the Chaaya Island Resort, Dhonveli (RRP $40,650) and access to the Chaaya Island Resort, Dhonveli activities including surfing. Activities available on the Chaaya Island Resort, Dhonveli are subject to weather and management discretion.
All other ancillary costs including but not limited to insurance, taxes (excluding GST), meals (other than those specified above), drinks, transfers (other than those specified above), activities (other than those specified above), incidentals, passports, visas, vaccinations, transport to and from departure point, any applicable insurance excesses and any and all other expenses are the responsibility of the winner and his/her nominated guests. Prize winner and guests must be Australian residents aged 18 years and over. The Prize is a single event trip for the winner and his/her guests and cannot be separated into separate trips or components. The Prize winner and his/her guests must depart from and return to the same departure point and travel together.
The Prize winner and his/her guests may be required to present a credit card at time of accommodation check in to the accommodation that will be used to charge for incidentals (such as optional activities) and/or as a bond in case of damage to the property.
Accommodation and flight arrangements, including suppliers, will be determined by the Promoter in its sole discretion. All travel arrangements must be made by the winner via MC Creative PTY LTD (ABN 35 337 161 343) on 02 9517 2568 or its agents.
The winner will be notified by telephone and email within two (2) days of the prize draw, their name published on WWW.CORONAEXTRA.COM.AU/WIN within two (2) days of the prize draw, and their name and suburb published in The Australian newspaper on 22/07/2016.
If necessary, a second chance prize draw will be held at Traction Digital at 13:00 EST on 12/09/2016 in order to distribute any unclaimed prize. The winner will be notified by telephone and email within two (2) days of the second chance draw, their name published on WWW.CORONAEXTRA.COM.AU/WIN within two (2) days of the second chance draw, and their name and suburb published in The Australian newspaper on 16/09/2016.
Prizes are not transferable and are not redeemable for cash. The Promoter’s decision is final and binding – no correspondence will be entered into.
To the extent permitted by law, the Promoter assumes no responsibility for any failure to receive an entry or for inaccurate information or for any loss, damage or injury in connection with the conduct of the promotion whether as a result of:
technical or telecommunications problems, including security breaches, technical website malfunctions or glitches; or
acts or omissions (including negligent acts of omissions) of the Promoter’s servants or agents involved in the conduct of this promotion.
In the event of such problems or conduct, the Promoter may modify, cancel, terminate or suspend the promotion.
If any prize or any element of a prize becomes unavailable for reasons beyond the Promoter’s control, the Promoter may substitute a prize of equal or greater value, subject to any written directions from the various lottery authorities. Winners will not be entitled to any additional compensation in the event that the prize or element of a prize has been substituted at equal or greater value.
The Promoter reserves the right to request verification of age, identity, residential address and any other information from entrants relevant to entry into or participation in this promotion. Verification is at the discretion of the Promoter, whose decision is final. The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify any individual who provides false information, fails to provide information, conspires with others to gain an unfair advantage or who is otherwise that involves manipulating, interfering or tampering with this promotion or otherwise preventing the conduct of the promotion as intended by the Promoter. In the event of such problems or conduct, then the Promoter may (where necessary with approval from the relevant lottery authority) modify, cancel, terminate or suspend the promotion.
The Prize is subject to the terms and conditions of MC Creative PTY LTD (ABN 35 337 161 343), participating airlines, transfers, accommodation and other third party prize suppliers (“Third Party Prize Suppliers”), including the booking and reservation policies of Third Party Prize Suppliers. The Promoter is not responsible or liable for any loss, damage or injury suffered by the winner or their guest as a result of the conduct of MC Creative PTY LTD or any other Third Party Prize Suppliers or otherwise as a result of the winner and their guest accepting and/or using a prize, except for any loss, damage or injury is due to the negligence or wilful misconduct of the Promoter or which otherwise cannot be excluded by law.
Before any prize is awarded, the winner and each of their guests will be required to:
sign an agreement to release the Promoter from, and indemnify the Promoter against, any loss, damage or injury arising from the use or participation in the prize, except to the extent any loss, damage or injury is due to the negligence or willful misconduct of the Promoter; and
provide evidence of valid travel insurance with the highest available coverage for their period of travel that includes medivac/emergency relocation cover.
Entrants will be refused service of alcohol or provision of an alcoholic beverage prize if it would breach any relevant laws, codes or policies including those of the relevant liquor licensee relating to the responsible service of a The Promoter supports the responsible service of alcohol.
Entrants consent to the Promoter using their name, likeness, image and/or voice in the event that they are a winner in any media for an unlimited period of time without remuneration for the purpose of promoting this promotion (including any outcome) and/or promoting any products manufactured, distributed and/or supplied by the Promoter.
Any personal property rights in entries are owned by the Promoter. Details from entries will be collected and used for the purpose of conducting this promotion (which may include disclosure to third parties, including local lottery authorities, for the purpose of processing and conducting the promotion) and for promotional purposes surrounding this promotion. By entering this promotion entrants consent to the use of their information as described and agree that the Promoter may use this information, or disclose it to other organisations that may use it, in any media for future promotional, marketing and publicity purposes without any further reference or payment to the entrant.
