TERMS & CONDITIONS
1)   Prize valued at $259 per person. Includes 2 nights accommodation during peak or off peak season at Snow Valley Resort, return transportation from Central Station, 2x National Park fees, 2 hot breakfasts and 1 free 3 course dinner plus a party night with live entertainment for two adults 18 years and over. Total value of $518.
2)   Travel is valid from 06/08/14 untill 30/09/14.
3)   The prize will be provided in the form of a voucher to be redeemed at Base Travel. Please confirm contact details here. All bookings are subject to availability from Base Travel. It is recommended to book well in advance. Please expect a high demand for all bookings especially weekends. Bus departs from Sydney’s Central Station, Eddy Ave Bay 9 at 6pm; Bus returns late Sunday night.
4)   No spending money is included. Unless otherwise specified, Travel Bookings include all taxes and expressly exclude any other traveller costs including, without limitation, travel insurance, incidentals, service charges, gratuities or expenses due to special requests or add-ons.
5)   All deal inclusions must be redeemed in a single visit. Unused portions of the voucher are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for other services or cash unless required by law.
6)   Voucher cannot be combined with any other offers unless permitted by the merchant. Dove & Olive does not facilitate and is not liable for any special requests, which may be accommodated directly with the merchant prior to check-in at the merchants discretion.
7)   Not valid for commercial use, not for resale and not redeemable for cash. No refunds if your preferred date is unavailable. Voucher is void in case of no-show. Travel Bookings are non-transferrable, may not be sold, auctioned or bartered. Cancellation is not permitted after booking confirmation. Any changes required after booking has been made are at the discretion of the merchant and charges may apply.
8)   You agree to abide by any additional rules and restrictions that the merchant may require and violation of such additional rules and restrictions may result in additional charges and the cancellation of your Travel Booking.
9)   Neither Rockfort Investments T/AS Dove & Olive, Base Travel nor Dennis Beer Co. accept any liability for any injury, loss, damage or cancellations for any part of the travel prize or related activities undertaken during the travel period.
10)  Merchant abides by the Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) regulations and has the right to enforce them.
11)   The prize winner and elected companion must be over 18 years old.
12)  Entries must be received by midnight 31/07/14.
13)  This promotion is a game of skill. Winner will be judged as the most creative response by Dove & Olive management and will be announced 6/08/14.
