The Competition Promoter is GA Entertainment 375 King William Street, Adelaide SA 5000 (ABN:30611873986). The Winner will be selected by and at the discretion of the Promoter, GA Entertainment, after the successful completion of the competition. By submitting an entry you acknowledge that you have read and agree to be bound by these terms and that you satisfy all eligibility requirements. The competition is ONLY open to persons over the age of 18 at time of entry who are residents of Australia, unless otherwise stated within the competition. The Winner is to be notified via the contact information they provide, and their name and/or photo may be published by The Promoter for promotional purposes. All terms and conditions listed are applicable solely within the bounds of the law and relevant, applicable legislation.
HOW TO ENTER To enter follow all onscreen instructions to complete and submit the online entry form. Additional entries may be earned by taking actions outlined in the competition, such as referring friends, downloading files, posting content, and more. Referees must enter the competition through entrant’s referral in order for referrer to obtain an additional entry. This competition is a game of chance. All entries must be received by the completion date 24th May 2016. All information entered must be valid and accurate for the entry to be successful.
THE DRAW will take place take place at 9.00am AEST on 26/05/2016 at GA Entertainment 375 King William Street, Adelaide, SA, 5000.  The Winner will be chosen after the successful completion of a minimum of one game of chance criteria, specific to the competition. Eligible entries are those chosen by The Promoter. Entrants eligible to win may be chosen from a subset of entrants who have the highest number of valid entries. Eligibility to win does not guarantee win. Winners are chosen entirely at the discretion of The Promoter, based on the assessment of the information provided. All decisions are final and are not open to dispute. If the Winner is un-contactable after a period of 48 hours, a new Winner will not be chosen at random. The Promoter reserves the right to re-draw the competition, and to alter the duration of the competition, if deemed necessary.
PRIVACY All entries in the competition become the property of the Promoter. The Competition Host collects personal information from entrants to conduct the competition and may, in the course of business, disclose the personal information to third parties, if required to do so by law. Entry in this competition is conditional on provision of the personal information requested. Entries may be entered into a database. The Promoter may use the entrants’ names and addresses for future promotional, marketing and publicity in various forms by the Promoter, and the entrant consents to such use. Where the information is used for marketing purposes entrants will have the opportunity to ‘opt out’, which you can do at any time in accordance with our privacy policy.
OTHER The Promoter reserves the right to modify, suspend or terminate the competition without notice. Prizes can be subject to program finalisation and may differ from those advertised. The Promoter is not liable for any loss (including loss of opportunity) or damage (including, but not limited to, direct, indirect or inconsequential loss) or personal injury in relation to this competition or the use of, or participation in, the prize. Any change in value and prize occurring between the publishing date and the date the prize is claimed is not the responsibility of The Promoter. Competition winners are responsible for any ancillary costs arising from the competition that are not explicitly detailed such as travel costs.
PRIZE The first valid entry drawn from all entries received will receive a years supply of beer amounting to but not exceeding12 cartons of beer (each carton contains 24 bottles). The prize will be allocated based on three cartons of beer four times a year – to a total not exceeding twelve cartons of beer. The type of beer is determined by the Promoter and is non negotiable. 
PRIZE RESTRICTIONS The beer must be collected from a CBD location in the city of Adelaide. Delivery costs are not included in the prize.

PUBLICATION DETAILS The winner will be announced on the Beer and BBQ Facebook Page only and contacted via Facebook messaging.  The winner must like our page to be eligible to win and to be contacted by us of their win.
UNCLAIMED PRIZE ARRANGEMENTS If a Prize is not claimed or is deemed invalid in accordance with the Conditions of Entry, a further draw shall take place.  A redraw for Prizes, if unclaimed, may take place at 9.00am AEST on 27/05/2016 at the same time and place as the original draw, subject to any directions from a regulatory authority.

These Terms & Conditions will bind this and any future entry by you into a competition on this site and may be updated from time to time.
By entering and participating, entrant agrees to hold harmless, defend and indemnify Facebook from and against any and all claims, demands, liability, damages or causes of action (however named or described), losses, costs or expenses, with respect to or arising out of or related to (i) entrant’s participation in the competition, or (ii) entrant’s participation in any Prize related activities, acceptance of a Prize and/or use or misuse of a Prize (including, without limitation, any property loss, damage, personal injury or death caused to any person(s).
