Entry is only open to persons who are:
residents of Australia

18 years of age or over; and

not employees of the Promoter or the Promoter's retailers, suppliers or other associated companies or agencies (as determined by the Promoter), or their family members ("Eligible Persons").

The Promotion commences 12:00am AEDT on 27/10/12 and closes 11:59pm AEDT on 21/10/2013 ("Promotional Period").

To enter the Promotion, Eligible Persons must, within the Promotional Period, complete an eligible questionnaire or survey as published on The Upstairs Lounge website at www.upstairslounge.com.au. All completed entries will go into the prize draw for the Promotion. No responsibility will be taken for entries lost, not received, delayed or not completed properly and such entries may not go into the prize draw for the Promotion.
