Certain conditions are applicable to the prize and are listed as follows:
1. Prize does not include flights, travel insurance, visas, items of a personal nature, meals (other than featured in the itinerary), laundry, telephone calls, additional nights or upgrades etc.
2. The Prize is neither non-transferable nor redeemable for cash.
3. The Prize is valid for two adults and is limited to availability on 7 October 2017 departure in a category PP cabin.
4. The Prize must be redeemed with the Reservation being created no later than 3 months after notification of winning.
5. Prize is subject to availability at time of booking and can only be taken on dates already scheduled for this tour.
6. Any costs associated with returning to place of residence are at winners own expense.
7. The Prize includes all meals as specified in the tour.

(ix) In the case of the intervention of any outside act, agent or event which prevents or significantly hinders the Promoter’s ability to proceed with the competition on the dates and in the manner described in these terms and conditions, including but not limited to vandalism, power failures, tempests, natural disasters, acts of God, civil unrest, strike, war, act of terrorism, the Promoter may in its absolute discretion cancel the competition and recommence it from the start on the same conditions.
