Peregrine Travel Centre WA has long been an expert in Antarctic travel, and the 14-day crossing the Circle voyage on Ocean Endeavour will visit the Antarctic Peninsula and, ice conditions permitting, cross the Antarctic Circle.
The Peregrine Travel Centre WA has secured a Twin Window Cabin for the winner and their guest, valued at
$42,460 for two people. Ocean Endeavour leaves Ushuaia on February 27, 2018 and the expedition team aims to leave the ship for 1-3 Zodiac trips a day. Experience the incredible Antarctic scenery, tumbling glaciers, black mountains and deep, mirror like southern ocean waters on this 14 Day voyage.
The winner and their guest will fly Premium Economy to Buenos Aires with Air New Zealand, flights departing February 25 and returning March 12, 2018. Terms and Conditions
1. Instructions on how to enter, prize details and other information contained within the promotional advertisements form part of these terms and conditions. By participating, in this promotion entrants agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
2. Only those who have registered for Membership (Standard or Gold) at www.sevenwesttravelclub.com.au and enter via the competition portal before Friday 18
August 2017 11.59pm will be eligible to win the competition.
3. Entry is open to all residents of Western Australia 18 years and over. Photo identification may be required upon collection of the prize.
4. As a benefit to Gold Members, all current Gold Members of Seven West Travel Club will receive double entries into the draw.
5. The prize winner will be drawn at 10am on Monday 21 August 2017.
6. The first Member drawn at random will be deemed the winner and will receive the following prize.
- Return Premium Economy flights for two, flying Air New Zealand from Perth to Buenos Aires. Departing 25 February 2018 and returning 12 March 2018. (Value: $9,188)

7. The winner will be notified by phone after the prize draw. If the winner cannot be contacted by 10am Wednesday 23 August 2017 the prize will be forfeited and another winner will be drawn.
8. The prize/s must be taken as supplied and is/are neither redeemable for cash nor transferable. No responsibility is accepted for any variation in the value of the prize.
Terms and Conditions for the Air New Zealand Premium Economy Flights:
9. The total prize pool is valued at up to AU $9,188. The prize value is valid as at 16 May 2017 and the Promoter accepts no responsibility for any subsequent variation in prize value. The prize consists of 2 x adult return Premium Economy airfares from Perth to Buenos Aires with Air New Zealand, departing 25 February 2018 and returning 12 March 2018.
10. The winner is responsible for paying all additional or ancillary costs associated with the prize that are not specifically included, as stated in clause 9 above, including spending money, transport, transfers, meal costs, insurance, passport and visa requirements and all other incidentals.
11. Both passengers using the Prize must be booked on the same trip on the same booking.
12. The prize cannot be converted into cash. The prize is not transferable to other persons.
13. Subject to the State legislation, the Promoter reserves the right to substitute the prize in whole (or any of its components), with a substitute prize of equal or greater value and the prize winner will be notified accordingly.
14. All prize travel will be subject to Air New Zealand’s general terms and conditions, and conditions of carriage, to view visit https://www.airnewzealand.com.au/conditions-of-carriage. Airpoints Dollars™ and other frequent flyer points cannot be accrued on prize air travel. Prize can not be used in conjunction with any other special offer.
15. The prize must be booked and finalised by Peregrine Travel Centre in Perth before 30 November 2017.
Terms and Conditions for Peregrine Travel Centre W 14-day Crossing The Circle (Antarctica)
22. The winner is entitled to 2 (two) spots (winner & travelling companion, both must be aged 18 years and over) on a Peregrine 14-day Crossing The Circle: From Buenos Aires voyage (PPBA15) aboard the Ocean Endeavour, departing on 27 February 2018 in a Twin Window cabin.The prize is provided on a twin-share basis.
23. The winner should contact the Peregrine Travel Centre in Perth at their earliest convenience to finalise their booking. Booking must be finalised by 30 November 2017 and cannot be applied to existing bookings.
24. The voucher cannot be extended, exchanged for cash and is not transferable however, the winner may upgrade their cabin at their own cost and subject to availability.
25. The winner and their travelling companion must travel on the same voyage departure.
26. Prize does not include optional activities, arrival transfers, tipping, incidentals such as but not limited to laundry or additional drinks/meals/transport/accommodation not covered by the itinerary.
27. Once booked, any changes to the booking that result in a cost will be paid for by the winner. Some changes may not be permitted. The voucher cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer including the Qantas Points offer.
28. Adequate and valid travel insurance, obtained at the winner’s expense, is compulsory. It is the winner’s responsibility to carry a valid passport and appropriate visas (if needed).
29. It is the winner's responsibility to ensure the voucher is used within the specified timeframe. No compensation will be offered to the winner if the prize is not travelled on.
30. The prize is currently valued at $42,460 for two people, as of 12 May 2017. The prize value may change and no compensation will be offered for changes in the value of the prize.

25. It is a condition of entry that all prize winners agree to have their name and suburb published for publicity purposes if required. By participating in this competition, participants signify their acceptance of all terms and conditions, and the requirement to participate in promotional activity if required.
26. All contestants release from, and indemnify Seven West Media, Peregrine Travel Centre WA and Air New Zealand against all liability, cost, loss or expense arising out of acceptance of any prize(s) or participation in the competition including (but not limited to) loss of income,
personal injury and damage to property and whether direct or consequential, foreseeable, due to some negligent act or omission or otherwise.
27. Seven West Media and associated agencies accept no responsibility for any loss, damage, accident, death or injury resulting from the promotion.
28. The Promoters reserve the right to disqualify any individual who the promoters believe have breached any of these terms and conditions, or engaged in any unlawful or other improper misconduct. The Promoters have legal rights to recover damages or other compensation from such an offender.
29. The Promoters’ decision will be final and cannot be contested. No correspondence will be entered into. The Promoters reserve the right to limit entry or amend rules if considered necessary without notice.
30. The Entrant consents to the use by West Australian Newspapers Limited, its related corporations (as defined by the Corporations Act 2001), of the Entrant’s details and acknowledges that West Australian Newspapers Limited and related corporations may, at their discretion disclose and use those details for the purpose of providing them with goods or services, communicating with Entrants, planning, research, product and business development and sales, the competition and marketing (whether target, direct or indirect) of their businesses, services or products or those of a third party which it believes may be of benefit to them.
31. Employees of Seven West Media, their subsidiaries, their advertising agencies, participating newsagents and resellers of The West Australian and The Weekend West newspapers, and their immediate families are ineligible to enter.
32. If an Entrant does not want their details to be used for the purposes stated in the above clause please write to The West Australian email privacy@wanews.com.au or post to Privacy Officer, GPO Box D162 Perth WA 6840 and West Australian Newspapers Limited will ensure that the details are not used for that purpose.
33. The details will also be used to investigate complaints, as required or permitted by any law, to enable West Australian Newspapers Limited to perform their obligations under this or any other agreement and to ensure that an Entrant performs their obligations under this or any other agreement.
