Competition Information, Terms and Conditions
Information on prizes and how to enter form part of the terms and conditions of entry. Entry into the competition is deemed acceptance of these terms and conditions of entry.
• The competition is open to all Australian residents aged 18 and over (‘Eligible Entrants’), with the exception of directors, employees and their immediate families of RAM Training Services Pty Ltd (‘the Promoter’, ABN: 50 128 880 348) or any associated companies and agencies.
• The Promoter reserves the right to request verification of the age identity & residential address of the winner. Verification is at the discretion of the Promoter, whose decision is final.
• No purchase is necessary to enter the competition.
• Entry to the competition is only accepted through the RAM Training Services Facebook Page or by clicking the link from www.ramtrainingservices.com.au (the Promoter’s Website)
• You may only enter the competition once. The Promoter may disqualify anyone who enters multiple times.
• To be eligible for the prize, the participant needs to subscribe to the newsletter of RAM Training Services by completing the details on the competition entry form.
• Incomplete, illegal, misdirected or late entries will not be accepted. Responsibility cannot be accepted for lost, incomplete or delayed entries whether due to technical problems or otherwise.
• Entry into the competition is only valid if all details on the entry form are completed in accordance with all the requirements stated on that form.
• All entry details become the property of the Promoter and subject to the privacy conditions outlined on the Promoter’s Website. All entries will be entered into our client database and will automatically become a RAM Training Services Client and receive our newsletters and promotional offers via email, SMS and/or post.
• The Promoter reserves the right to use the content of winning entries for the purpose of future promotions. No additional compensation will be awarded to the competition winner for such promotional activities.
• The competition commences on the 21st of December 2012 at 9.00am EST and entries close on the 31st of March 2013 at 5.00pm EST.
• The competition winner will win ‘Win an iPad Mini’ (‘the Prize’), valued at $369 as outlined on the Promoter’s Website in relation to this competition.
• The Prize is as stated and there is no alternative prize or cash substitute.
• Prizes are not transferrable, exchangeable or redeemable for cash, and may not be combined with any other voucher, gift certificate or promotional offer running during the redemption period.
• The winner of the competition will be drawn at random by the Promoter on the 5th of April 2013 at 9.00am EST, at the office of Broadbeach Media, located at Shop 39 Niecon Plaza (Level 1), 17-19 Victoria Ave, Broadbeach QLD 4218.
• The Promoter reserves the right to revise this date and extend the period for accepting entries to the competition in the event of circumstances arising beyond its reasonable control.
• The winner of the competition will be notified by email, mobile phone or post within 7 days of the winner being chosen (the Date of Notification).
• The winner will be mentioned on the RAM Training Services website (http://www.ramtrainingservices.com.au).
• The Promoter’s decision is final and no correspondence to unsuccessful entrants will be entered into.
• The Promoter is not responsible for any incorrect information provided by an entrant on the entry form or any changes to the contact details of the winning entry that results in failure to contact the winning entrant.
• If the prize is declined or the winner forfeits the prize under these terms and conditions, then the judge may at their absolute discretion select another winner.
• The Promoter reserves the right in its absolute discretion to add or to waive any of these terms and conditions or to cancel the competition at any stage, in the event of circumstances arising beyond its reasonable control.
