TERMS & CONDITIONS:
The participants in this Prize Draw (the “Participants”) must be aged 18 years or over.
In order to be eligible for entry into the Prize Draw the flight booking(s) must be made with Etihad between 1st December 2015 and 28th February 2016 (inclusive). All travel must be completed by 30th September 2016.
TERMS & CONDITIONS:
The participants in this Prize Draw (the “Participants”) must be aged 18 years or over.
In order to be eligible for entry into the Prize Draw the flight booking(s) must be made with Etihad between 1st December 2015 and 28th February 2016 (inclusive). All travel must be completed by 30th September 2016.
One entry is permitted per flight booking.
The closing date for entries is 23:59pm GMT on 28 February 2016 and no entries will be accepted after this date.
Flights must be booked to/from one of Etihad’s destinations - this does not include codeshare partners.
Winners of the Prize Draw (the “Winners”) will need to provide to Etihad a proof of booking - including class of travel, date of travel and destination.
In order to enter into the Prize Draw, the Participants should enter their full name, contact details, age, gender, country of residence and Sky Blue Etihad Guest membership number on the online form found at www.etihadmcfc.com, having booked a flight within the competition booking period as stated in point 2.
Entrants must be a member of Etihad Guest Sky Blue
All Participants must provide at least one valid contact telephone number and valid email address.
The Prize Draw is not open to employees or immediate family members of employee’s of Etihad or Manchester City Football Club (“MCFC”) or their subsidiaries, agents, their affiliates or anyone involved in the administration of this Prize Draw.
Etihad and MCFC do not accept responsibility for lost, damaged or incomplete entries.
Winners will be chosen by Etihad through a random draw from the eligible entries. In the event that a Winner is unable to attend both events, (as described in Clause 15 below), another winner may be chosen through a similar random draw.
Etihad’s decision in the Prize Draw shall be final.
There will be twenty Winners of the Prize Draw, who shall each win the Prize listed below (the “Prize”):
The Prize shall include the following:
an exclusive half day behind-the-scenes experience for each Winner and one guest to attend MCFC’s player’s training ground, which shall include the opportunity for the Winner and their guest to attend a warm up session held by MCFC’s football coaches;
training gear for Winners and one guest (Winners and their guest will be required to bring their own suitable footwear); and
a match ticket for each Winner and one guest to attend the Etihad Stadium to watch a live Barclays Premier League match
For Winners living in the UK, accommodation, subsistence, expenses and travel to and from Manchester is not included.
For Winners living outside the UK travel to and from Manchester, UK and accommodation in Manchester, UK will be provided by Etihad. Subsistence and expenses are not included. All travel documentation and visas must be up to date, and have at least 6 months of travel, before expiry date.
The Prize is non-transferable and no cash alternative is available.
The Winners will be notified at least 16 days before the training session
If each Winner cannot be contacted by 23:59 GMT on 9th March 2016, an alternative winner may be selected instead.
Entry into the Prize Draw confirms acceptance of these terms and conditions as final and legally binding.
Etihad reserves the right to refuse entry to the Prize Draw, or disqualify any Participants or refuse to award the Prize to anyone if they do not meet the specified criteria or are in breach of these terms and conditions.
By entering into the Prize Draw, the Winners authorise Etihad and MCFC to publish their name as the Winner.
By entering into the Prize Draw, the Winners authorise Etihad and MCFC to contact them with promotional offers.
When entering into the Prize Draw, the Winners acknowledge that their names, addresses, e-mail addresses and dates of birth will have been made available to MCFC (the “Personal Data”). All Personal Data will be held and used by MCFC in accordance with MCFC’s privacy policy (which can be found at http://www.mcfc.co.uk/Common/Privacy) and the Data Protection Act 1998. Personal Data may also be shared with selected commercial partners of the Club who may send you occasional communications and messages on their exclusive offers, products and services May need to be reworked as this term may become relevant after they register initially as the details may not have been given yet in line with your conversation
The training session will take place in April 2016 or May 2016. The exact date will be confirmed nearer the time. The date and time is subject to change and Etihad and MCFC accept no responsibility in the event of such change.
Etihad reserves the right to withdraw the competition at any time in their absolute discretion without incurring any liability
The Winners and their guests agree to have publicity photographs and/or video images taken of them for use by MCFC and/or Etihad. Where a Winner does not wish to consent to this, the Winner may choose to reject the prize and an alternative winner may be selected instead.
Neither MCFC nor Etihad shall be liable for any failure to comply with their obligations where the failure is caused by something outside their reasonable control. Such circumstances shall include, but shall not be limited to, weather conditions, fire, flood, hurricane, strike, industrial dispute, war, hostilities, political unrest, riots, civil commotion, inevitable accidents, supervening legislation or any other circumstances amounting to force majeure.
Neither MCFC nor Etihad accept responsibility for any damage, loss, liabilities, injury or disappointment incurred or suffered by the Winners or their guests as a result of entering into the Prize Draw or accepting the Prize. Nothing in these terms and conditions shall exclude the liability of Etihad or MCFC for death or, personal injury resulting from the negligence of employees of MCFC or Etihad.
Neither MCFC nor Etihad accept responsibility for fixture changes, cancellation, or any other circumstance which prevents Winners from attending the specified fixture.

The decision of Etihad is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
Etihad reserves a right to amend these terms and conditions.
The terms and conditions of this Prize Draw shall be governed by English law.
