Entries are only open to Australian residents aged 18 years or over. Employees (and their immediate families) of the Promoter, participating retailers and agencies associated with this competition are ineligible to claim. Immediate family means any of the following: spouse, ex-spouse, child or step-child (whether natural or by adoption), parent, step-parent, grandparent, step-grandparent, uncle, aunt, niece, nephew, brother, sister or 1st cousin.
Entrants must tell Haier in 25 words or less, "What you will fill your new Haier French Door Fridge with?" when submitting their online entry. The most creative answer, as determined by the Promoter in the Promoter's sole discretion will win one (1) Haier French Door Refrigerator HTD647RSS, RRP $2,229. The prize includes delivery within Australia but does not include installation. Entries will be judged on Friday 24th January 2014 at 11:00AM at Haier Head Office. This is a game of skill and chance plays no part in determining the winners. Winners will be notified by phone and will be published on the Haier website by Friday 31st January 2014. It is the responsibility of the winner to redeem the prize; however this prize must be redeemed by Friday 28th February 2014. If the prize, or any part of the prize, is not claimed within this time, the competition will be deemed invalid and the prize will be forfeited.
