What is the competition about?This is a competition organized by Scribal Custom Pty Ltd, where entrants who subscribe and sign up to receive STACK's emails can enter to win a vinyl record of Mercurial (yellow vinyl) by Vera Blue. Entrants must also answer a question on the JB Hi-Fi website in 25 words or less. By entering the competition, the entrants accept the terms and conditions set out by the Promoter.
Who is eligible to enter?All residents of Australia who meet the requirements set out by the promoter are eligible to enter, except for employees of the Promoter, associated agencies and companies, Permitz Group Pty Ltd, contractors, or individuals who are immediate family members of the mentioned parties.
How can you enter?To enter the competition, eligible entrants must subscribe and sign up at stack.com.au to receive STACK’s emails and answer a question on www.jbhifi.com.au/blogs/competitions/vera-blue-mercurial. The entries must be unique and include all requested contact details and a 25-words-or-less answer. Entrants who submit an entry consent to receive promotional and other marketing messages from the Promoter.
When can you enter?The competition starts on May 1, 2023, at 12:00 AM and closes on May 31, 2023, at 11:59 PM, based on the local time of the Promoter. The winner will be chosen by a judging panel on June 2, 2023, at 11:00 AM, and the winner's name will be published online at www.jbhifi.com.au/blogs/competitions/vera-blue-mercurial for 90 days from the date of verification.
What is the prize?The prize on offer is one Mercurial (yellow vinyl) by Vera Blue, worth up to $58.99 (including GST), as of May 1, 2023. The winner will be notified by email, and the prize will be sent within 8 weeks from the date of verification. If the winner is unable to claim the prize or attend any element of the prize within 90 days from the date of verification, they will forfeit the prize in its entirety, and it shall be awarded to the next runner up in the promotion.
