Entry is open to Australian residents only, aged 18 years or older who complete, in full, the entry form available http://www.melindasgfg.com/competition/ during the promotional period.
The promotion commences 1st March 2016 at 9am (AEST, Australian Eastern Standard Time) and closes 30th April 2016 at 11.59pm (AEST, Australian Eastern Standard Time). To enter the promotion, eligible entrants must complete the entry form available at http://www.melindasgfg.com/competition/ during the promotional period.
To be eligible, entrants must purchase any two (2) Melinda?s products and enter their barcodes and place of purcahse via http://www.melindasgfg.com/competition/. Entrants can only enter in their own name. The Promoter, Melinda?s Gluten Free Goodies, reserves the right to request proof of residency at the stated address, proof of purchase and identification for verification (to the Promoter's satisfaction in its discretion) before issuing the prize. Incomplete or incomprehensible entries will be deemed invalid. Entries containing and/or depicting illegal, sexually explicit or morally or racially offensive content will be ineligible to win. The Promoter's decision to disqualify an entry is final and no correspondence will be entered into. No responsibility will be taken for lost, late or misdirected entries. Entrants may enter as many times as they like (one entry per unique valid email) for the duration of the competition.
The winners will be randomly chosen by a Melinda?s Gluten Free Goodies representative on the 4th May 2016 at Ness Rd, Salisbury, QLD, 4107. The winner will be notified by phone following the draw (within 24 hours). Their name will be published via our social networks. In the event that the prize notification call is invalid, such prize will be forfeited and an alternate winner will be selected from all remaining (non-winning) eligible entries. Names of the winners (first name, last initial and city/state of residence) may also be announced via a social networks.
Prize includes: 1 x Apple iPad Air 2 (size 64GB) wifi enabled valued at $829.00 plus registered post of $25.00. Total value of each prize is $854.00 by three winners is $2,562 AUD. The winner may choose their colour and elect to pay $160 to add cellular capability to their iPad. If the winner elects to add the cellular component to their prize these funds must be paid prior to ordering their prize to Melinda?s Gluten Free Goodies. Prize is non-refundable and non-transferable.
The prize is valued at $AUD2,562 (Recommended Retail Price including freight and GST). The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any variation in the prize value. Prize, or any unused portion of the prize, is not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be taken as cash.
If for any reason this promotion is not capable of running as planned because of infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorised intervention, technical failures or any other causes beyond the control of the Promoter which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this promotion, the Promoter reserves the right in its sole discretion to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the promotion subject to any written directions under applicable legislation. The Promoter also reserves the right in its sole discretion to disqualify any individual who the Promoter has reason to believe has breached any of these conditions, or engaged in any unlawful or other improper misconduct calculated to jeopardise the fair and proper conduct of the promotion.
