Terms of Entry
(a) All Competition entries must be made directly by the person entering the Competition. (b) Competition entries can be made from 9.00am AEST on October 2, 2012 until 5.00pm AEST on 30 January 2013 via the Promoter’s website www.quicktrim.net.au. (c) Competition entries can be received via mail from October 2, 2012 until 12.00 noon on 30 January 2013, with postal entries being sent to PO Box 1585, Clayton South, Victoria, 3169. (d) Entries that are incomplete, illegible or indecipherable will not be valid and will be deemed void. (e) The winning entrant must provide proof of purchase of the QuickTrim Essentials Kit or QuickTrim Meal Replacement products from a Priceline store or pharmacy to the Promoter. (f) The Promoter takes no responsibility for entries that are lost, stolen, illegible, misdirected or damaged however caused. (g) Submitting an entry constitutes acceptance of these terms and conditions. (h) Entries must contain a statement in 50 words or less as to how they would spend $20,000 (i) Multiple entries per person are accepted. Only one entry per QuickTrim Essentials Kit or QuickTrim Meal Replacement product purchased is valid. Proof of purchase for each entry must be provided as a condition of entry.
(a) The Competition winner will be selected on 31st January 2013 at 10.00am at A5/2 Westall Road, Clayton,
Prize
(a) The prize is a cash prize of $20,000 which must be spent by the Competition winner in retail outlets in Melbourne within a 24 hour period commencing at 12noon AEST on 7 February 2013 and expiring at 12 noon on 8 February 2013. The Competition winner will be accompanied by a representative of the Promoter to ensure that the cash prize of $20,000 is spent in retail outlets and within the 24 hour period stated above. (b) The $20,000 cash prize must be used by the Competition winner for retail purchases only, it cannot be used to make a mortgage or credit card repayment or for any investment purposes. (c) The $20,000 cash prize awarded by the Promoter is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for any valuable consideration, in particular for money. Any attempt to sell the prize or attempt to exchange the prize for valuable consideration, will result in the cancellation of the prize. The Promoter reserves the ultimate discretion on such matters. Any unused amounts not spent in the 24 hour period specified will be forfeited. (d) Any Competition winner that does not reside in the state of Victoria, will be awarded one return economy airfare to Melbourne, with the face value of the airfare not exceeding $750 for the return airfare. (e) The Promoter will also award one night’s hotel accommodation to the winner that resides outside the State of Victoria on a twin-share basis, with the face value of the hotel room nominated by the Promoter not exceeding $220. (f) The prize does not include any airport transfers and taxi fares.
