Prize is THREE nights’ accommodation in a Superior Resort Room at Paradise Resort, Surfers Paradise including continental breakfast for 2 adults and 2 children (0-12), buy 1 get 1 free at Planet Chill ice skating, 1 session per day per child at Z4K Kids Club, unlimited use of the Z4k waterpark and daily undercover parking.
Minimum prize value is $935
The Competition starts 04/05/16 and ends 12am 01/06/16 AEST.
The Competition is open to Australian and New Zealand residents only aged 18 years or older.
The Draw will be conducted at 79B Scarborough Street, Southport, QLD 4227 at 10.00 am, 02/06/16.
Entry is via the Discover Queensland website.

Entrants agree to opt in for future communications and will be recorded in Discover Queensland's database.
The winner will be notified by email and announced on Facebook (facebook.com/discoverqueensland) on 02/06/16. A re-draw will take place on 30/06/16 if prize winner is not able to be contacted within 30 days of the original draw date.

Conditions of Entry
1.      Except for any liability that cannot be excluded by law, the Promoter (including their respective officers, employees and agents) exclude all liability (including negligence), for any personal injury; or any loss or damage (including loss of opportunity); whether direct, indirect, special or consequential, arising in any way out of the offer, including, but not limited to, where arising out of the following: (a) any technical difficulties or equipment malfunction; (b) any theft, unauthorised access or third party interference; (c) any voucher that is late, lost, altered, damaged or misdirected due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter; (d) during participation in the experience (e) any featured venues in the offer being cancelled for any reason beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter; (f) any tax liability incurred by a claimant; (g) quality or availability of any featured venue or (h) loss of opportunity to redeem the voucher because the customer failed to make a booking with the chosen in the timeframe stipulated as part of prize description, or failed to cancel
2.      In the event of unforeseen circumstances, the Promoter reserves the right to withdraw, change or substitute a reward with another reward of equal or greater value.
3.      Prices (if any) and information presented are valid at the time of going to press and may be subject to change.
4.      The Promoter, its agents and distributors accept no responsibility, financial or otherwise for the misuse of vouchers and are not liable for any personal loss, injury or illness at participating venues, and cannot be held responsible for any disagreement concerning quality/availability of featured venues.
5.      Any persons taking advantage of this promotion does so on complete acceptance of these terms & conditions.
6.      The Promoter shall also be bound by these Terms and Conditions and shall not encourage, persuade, promote, support or in any way assist in their breach.
Prize Conditions
1.      Prize will be awarded in the form of a holiday accommodation certificate.
2.      Flights are not included in the holiday prize.
3.      The holiday component of the prize must be booked and taken six months from the draw date (or re-draw date if applicable). Holiday certificate is valued at the nominated amount.  Prize cannot be taken during Australian school holidays, public holidays or other peak periods/special events and is subject to availability.
4.      Altered, lost or stolen certificate will not be replaced, refunded or redeemed. Certificates are not redeemable for cash and must be redeemed before the expiry dates specified.
5.      Spending money, meals, insurance, transport, items of a personal nature, in-room charges and all other ancillary costs are not included.
6.      The winner (and his/her companions) is responsible for ensuring that they have valid travel documentation with them.
7.      Credit card security or a cash bond will be required upon check-in at the resort.
8.      Extra people or room upgrade will incur additional fees.
9.      If for any reason, once the prize has been booked, you do not take the prize or an element of the prize at the time stipulated, then the prize or that element of the prize will be forfeited and will not be redeemable for cash.
