Multi-award winning international hit Trash Test Dummies returns to Perth FRINGE WORLD this January from 18 January to 3 February!
The Dummies are back with exhilarating new tricks, a few surprises and a whole lot of bellyaching laughs. The show has won Best Children’s Presentation at Adelaide Fringe 2016 and 2015, and runners-up for Children’s Choice Award 2016. Their return to Australia follows three years of sell-out seasons at Edinburgh Fringe Festival’s Underbelly, as well as touring USA, Hong Kong, South Korea, China, Ireland and the UK.
This Trash-tastic trio continue to delight fans young and old with their trademark blend of circus, comedy and imagination, with the household wheelie bin being their prop of choice. The skill level in the shows has been compared to the likes of Cirque du Soliel and Circus Oz.

Perth-born Amy Nightingale-Olsen will take to the stage as the first female Dummy, bringing fresh energy and new high-flying tricks. A renowned acrobat, Amy also holds the title of Australia’s most highly-skilled Icarian Games (foot juggling) performer. Sharing the stage with Amy are two extraordinary circus comedians, Thomas McDonald and Leigh Rhodes, both graduates of Australia’s premier circus academy the National Institute for Circus Arts (NICA). Dummies Corp founder Jamie Bretman will direct the show.

Prizes are not redeemable for cash and are subject to ticket conditions and restrictions. The winners of the competition will be selected by random choice on 7 January 2019 at Community Newspaper Group, Perth.
