Who can enter the "IBA Your House on the House" Promotion?Entry is open to Australian residents (excluding South Australia) aged 18 years or over who are either homeowners with a mortgage or tenants under a current residential tenancy agreement. Employees and their immediate families of the Promoter, Participating Stores, and associated agencies are ineligible.
When does the promotion close?The promotion closes at 11:59 pm AEDST on 09 January 2024.
How can one enter?To enter, individuals must spend $30 or more on any participating product/s at a Participating Store during the promotional period, scan the in-store QR code, follow the prompts to the promotion entry page, input the requested details, upload the purchase receipt, and submit the completed entry form.
What are the prizes?The first valid entry drawn will win their mortgage or rent paid for a year up to the value of $60,000, paid as an electronic funds transfer to the winner’s nominated Australian bank account.
What is the total prize pool amount?The total prize pool value is up to $60,000.
What are the terms regarding the prize?If the winner’s mortgage or rent is less than $60,000, they will forfeit the remaining value of the prize. The winner must provide evidence to substantiate the value of 12 months' worth of rent or mortgage payments.
Is there a redraw for unclaimed prizes?Yes, a draw for unclaimed prizes may take place on 11 March 2024, with the winner notified by email and phone within two business days of the draw and their name published on 25 March 2024.
