Iconic Port Melbourne based distillery Starward Whisky has opened its first-ever whisky pop up in Myer Melbourne’s Giftorium, offering punters the chance to get their hands on Starward’s limited edition ‘Personalise Your Own’ whisky.
This limited batch release is a single malt whisky matured in Australian red wine barrels, providing big, fresh, jammy fruit flavours, with notes of red berry and banoffee pie. A full-bodied whisky best enjoyed as a traditional, neat serve.
