Confused. I received a notification that a Survey had been loaded 47 seconds earlier.
I then completed the survey & then this came up at the end.
Unfortunately we have reached full quota.
Your point(s) will be awarded accordingly.
Can anyone explain this?

Yep! it happens alot. Just means they have hit the full quota they need for the answers you provided. Many a times i have gone right up to the 90% or more completed and get that. And sometimes happen even after i complete the survey. It's not this websites fault, it's just the way surveys go unfortunately.
