Has anyone else experienced a glitch with the 'videos viewed' bonus spin feature? This morning I'd had just finished watching the 10th video (of the 10 video set), around 11:01 am. My phone screen froze. When it resumed, the bonus spin counter had reset, and I wasn't awarded my bonus spin for the completed viewing set. @Admin1 ...?
@Christopher K. I tested on mobile with your account and it seems fine. Can you email me your mobile phone spec details and a screenshot of what you see.
@Admin I've emailed just now. I have not encountered the glitch again since initial notification.

Sign In / RegisterYes, it seems to happen a lot. I've taken to only watching them on the computer because I can more or less recover using that. But using the mobile seems more glitchy.
The video ad views are tracked so that if you refresh you can continue where you left off. Are you having issues on mobile or desktop?
@Admin it's the mobile. First time I've encountered this.
@Admin I tried refreshing straightaway but it did not update. It stayed reset to 'watch 10 videos' for the bonus spin.
