Why is it I do surveys and finish them and get no reward? I don't know how many I've done and this has happened and I send a message to support but get no reply! Why even bother doing the damn things when you get no reward and yet they're getting free feedback. It's not right and I'm sick and tired of it and nothing being done. I've tried getting in touch with the survey company myself but no luck. Just so over it!

They are a con in my experience as once you have filled in so much information, the survey 'states' Oh your not suitable, please complete the following... and it goes on..and on...and on... only to never ever complete a survey?. I believe this it is a trick to gather as much information as they can,. may be time to report? I did take screen shots so we'll see!

You will need to complete Happy Hour Surveys to remove survey limit. then tried to complete one of the said surveys only to qualify for none of them? How can you 'remove survey limit' if you don't qualify let alone complete any happy hour surveys?

What's with the mobile verification now? I'm on the verge of quitting this site. Why cant people just come on this site, enter any comps and/or surveys they are interested in, play the guessing game if they want etc.
Can't put in bonus guesses. I even had an extra guess after doing the red survey but not qualifying and you get 1bonus guess but can't seem to put it in. It keeps coming up you've already guessed but I've only had one guess. I had a spin on the wheel, does this have anything to do with not getting guesses? Thanks Carol

It kinda shows the range of CompBux awarded for the surveys. Blue seems to be 50, yellow 70 and red is 100+

Has anyone encountered the surveys where at the beginning after you select if you're male or female then enter your postcode - you get a message saying the postcode doesn't exist? I've even tried putting a 0 in front of my postcode but that doesn't work either.

Has anyone managed to contact support? I keep finishing surveys and after I complete them it tells me "Unfortunately your criteria did not match that of the survey requirement". Its ridiculous. I keep writing on the chat icon but no one answers
I had a reply on a Wednesday if that helps - there doesn't appear to be anyone online chat on other days from what I can tell.
I've had a number of dodgy surveys complete successfully but then only give me 5 CompBux because it said my criteria didn't match. You need to grab a screenshot of the last page of the survey (where it says survey complete or something similar) and attach it to the chat message where you tell them what the survey was about and how much CompBux it was worth. They can then check if others are having the same issue and may award you the missing CompBux if it's a survey error/problem. They won't reply immediately though (could take up to a week). Since it has happened to me a number of times now, I usually try and grab a screenshot of the final page before submitting just in case it errors but sometimes using the browser back button might go back to that final page after submitting so you can grab your screenshot.

Over the past 2 days (and a few times prior to that) I have completed at least 2 surveys however after pressing submit and getting a message to say the points would be credited to my account I get a message saying I didn't meet the criteria. How can I not meet the criteria yet complete a survey and not get points? It's so frustrating - has anyone else had this happen to them?
All the time, which is all too often! You said its happened for at least 2 surveys, well I've had similar things happen for 1000's of survey's over he past few years.
Thanks for your reply. I have had it happen over the years too and just shrugged it off. It just gets frustrating and now can't access surveys as I've had a high number of screen outs and have to qualify and complete a happy hour survey for the limit to be taken off.

This is the reply I got - Hi there.. It means you have been screened-out from the survey. You may have completed the pre-qualifying questions but not the actual survey. I know I actually completed the survey as I've done the same survey on other sites - grr!
Interestingly sometimes the 'pre-qualifying questions are at the end of the survey though, aren't they! You spend 20 minutes answering questions about a product then at the end it asks your age etc and suddenly you are screened out after doing the whole survey for them.

Yay, after contacting support to ask what happened to all the surveys, they kindly answered me and explained that they found a bug which was causing the problem, so hopefully it will be good again to be able to complete the surveys - woohoo.
It is now impossible for me to earn any points here. Due to the amount of restrictions recently been put on this website. I have to agree. Higher than average screen-outs detected message is very annoying as I was lucky enough to complete 2 surveys in a row (that was all that was waiting for me instead of the usual heap of surveys) and as soon as I did and had no surveys it came up with that message yet how can I have higher than average screen out when there was only 2 surveys and I actually completed them. Then you can't even click on the daily compbux link from email to earn points if you haven't completed a survey in 72 hours and unfortunately I screened out of 99% happy hour surveys to constantly earn 0 points. I thought they may have been trying to organise a new survey company or something since it is so non-existant now, so I was giving them the benefit of the doubt but I don't know what is going on.I even completed a tortureous 200 point happy hour survey (first time I didn't get kicked out) and then when I pushed submit at the end of the 20-25 mins it came up with error saying I have been screened out, I did contact Admin but haven't been paid the points or heard back from them yet.Good Luck, hopefully it will improve soon as I love their surveys.

Apparently they sent out an email which was blocked by my Hotmail address so now I need to verify it's real... even though I am and have been using it to send/receive messages through their online chat system and also redeemed points a month or so ago.
So now Ive verified my phone number but does not award click points unless done a survey recently. Just spend ages and getting screened out. Then I completed one which led me to another one, and spent quite a bit of time on these - but still did not get any points? ! If this continues I will give up as its too time wasting for nothing.
If you complete one, there's an intermediate screen which allows you to click a button for another survey. Don't click and instead give it a few seconds and it should redirect to Comp page and give you the credits.

Just did an extensive survey on gambling on poker machines and spent a lot of thought and spent about 20 minutes on it and finished it in total and was then told I didnt qualify, good way to get opinions and not pay anything for it I guess.

I even did the online chat that it says to do if you don't receive the points but haven't heard yet (and that was originally from 13th Oct, plus 1 today). Did you also notice how much the survey points have decreased by over past couple of months?

Twice in the past week including today I have not received the newsletter. Checked spam and junk files but not there. You chat line has not been answered for over a month now and is never attended. Waste of time having it at all. Difficult to enter the guessing game withoit receiving the newsletter so I dont bother with surveys now either.
Just a suggestion. Admin of this site should insist it be a mandatory requirement for companies to have written details regarding when and where the competition results will be published and who the winners are. After forking out over $70 purchasing a product (required for entry) it would be nice at least to have some kind of proof it was a legit competition.
Hello @she-oak! most purchase competitions are legitimate and are governed under strict rules and T&Cs. Sometimes there is a delay before actual winners are drawn. And yes some companies get a little slack in announcing the winners on their site. Maybe contact the company via their 'contact us' screen and ask the question.@admin kindly find and list the competitions but unfortunately don't have any say in how the comp is run by the company. @fourleaf Thanks for responding. I have contacted them, twice. Once to the particular outlet I purchased the item from and the other to their head office. Neither one of them have responded. The competition closed around a month ago. It's just disheartening when there are so many scams these days because you never know if you're next when it comes to being ripped off. Anyway I guess it's out of admins control. Thanks for taking the time to respond.
@she-oak, very disheartening for an expensive entry.....if you can find the T&Cs that is usually a wealth of information including whether they have outsourced the competition to a marketing company who will be across it. Keep trying and if necessary make some loud noises on their social media accounts or if you feel strongly enough fill out a form on the ACCC web site. Don't be disheartened, there are a lot of good, well run comps out there.... :)

It was for a Nokia camera and the promoter was ShopMyLocal. By the time I paid for the bottle of Glen Grant scotch (which by the way I don't even drink alcohol at all - I gave it to my sister) and also with postage it came to a little over $70. I just feel a little ripped off. It's not the fact that I didn't win. I just like to see that the prizes offered were honoured. I've been entering competitions all my life and I've never come across one where the winners were not published. Maybe it's what they do now. I would never have normally entered a competition where I had to spend so much - especially for something useless to me (like alcohol) but the camera prize was so appealling. I am an amateur photographer and pensioner and around a year ago my house was broken into and ransacked and my camera was stolen. Like I said I was taken in by the possibility of winning a camera. Members announce winners here, from mostly Facebook and Instagram. Perhaps have a look, and if you'd like to join, send a request through to the moderator/s. keeps saying flexi gift card site is under maintenance and also you can't choose how much you want to redeem as it automatically goes to the highest points you have available

Was wondering if there is anyway to see what numbers I entered in each weekly guessing game (like we used to always see) as I like to pick the same "lucky" numbers and I can never remember what they were LOL. (I was going to write them down but I can't see my numbers from before the site got updated). I also think the site is very modern now and colourful, really catches my eye. I preferred the Competition pages the way they were as they were much easier to see at a glance so we knew which days they were added etc.
