signal is received.
2.2 Employees and their immediate families of Seven Network (Operations) Ltd, Ansible Pty Ltd, and their
associated agencies and companies associated with this Promotion are not eligible to enter.
3. HOW TO ENTER
3.1 The Competition commences on Monday 3 February 2020 at 5.30am AEDT and concludes on Wednesday 12
February 2020 at 12.00pm AEDT (“the Competition Period”).
3.2 In order to enter, viewers must send a text message/SMS to 19777277 including the entrant’s full name, address,
state and postcode (Charge $0.55 – Helpline 1300 851 419).
3.3 For viewers in all states, the entry cost for an SMS entry will be charged at the premium rate of $0.55 (including
GST). Helpline 1300 851 419.
3.4 Entrants (including the winners) may enter the Competition as many times as they like but there will only be one
(1) winner, who will be awarded one (1) prize. The time of entry will in each case be the time the SMS message
is received by the Ansible Pty Ltd database.
3.5 SMS entries via the internet or computer generation are invalid and will not be accepted.
4. PRIZES
4.1 There will be one (1) prize winner who will win:
(a) Two (2) return economy flights from winners nearest capital city to Coolangatta on Thursday 13 February
2020 and one night’s twin share accommodation (min. 4 stars) on the Gold Coast on the evening of
Thursday 13 February 2020 to participate in a live Sunrise event to win a cash prize on Friday 14 February
2020 on the Gold Coast, Qld during the Sunrise program 05:30 AEDT – 09:00 AEDT – value $2,500;
(b) One (1) of the following amounts dependent on dollar prize value contained in the vessel selected by the
winner: $1,000,000, $20,000 or $10,000, where the dollar amounts are dispersed amongst the following
number of vessels:

? 2 x $20,000
? 97 x $10,000
TOTAL MAXIMUM PRIZE POOL VALUE is $AUD 1,002,500 depending on the vessels selected by the winner, the
total prize pool value is between $12,500 and $1,002,500.
Cheques will be made payable to each winner to the value of the prize won.

4.2 If the major prize winner is not able to travel on the nominated dates, they will be permitted to nominate a
proxy to travel in their place and take part in the Major Prize determination. The prize (airfares and
accommodation in the Gold Coast) will be transferred to the proxy and the original winner will not receive a
replacement prize or cash in lieu of the airfare and accommodation.
4.3 If the major prize winner, or any of the nine (9) drawn reserves, are not contactable or has not contacted the
Promoter by 16:00 AEDT on Wednesday 12 February 2020 the Promoter will nominate a proxy to select a vessel
on Friday 14 February 2020 on the Gold Coast, Qld during the Sunrise program 05:30 AEDT – 09:00 AEDT
(subject to scheduling changes within the Program).
4.4 If the major prize winner nominates a proxy, the dollar amount that the proxy selects during the live Sunrise
event will be awarded to the winner and the Proxy will have no claim to the cash prize.
4.5 In the event that the promoter nominates a proxy to participate in the live Sunrise event, as per clause 4.3, an
unclaimed draw will take place as per clause 5.9, and the dollar amount selected by that proxy will be awarded
to the unclaimed prize winner.
4.6 Prize values are based upon the recommended retail prices and are correct as at the date of printing (inclusive
of GST). The Promoter accepts no responsibility for change in prize value between now and the ultimate date
on which the prize is taken. There will be no credit given if the full value of prize in Clause 4.1(a) is not utilised.
4.7 The prize winner, or their nominated proxy, and their travelling companion are responsible for all other
expenses including but not limited to meals (unless specified), incidentals, tips, spending money, travel
insurance, airport taxes and all transfers other than those specified. Travel insurance is not included in the
prize and will be the responsibility of the winner. Travel insurance is highly recommended.
4.8 If a winner, or their nominated proxy, and their companion are from a regional area or in Queensland, travel
arrangements to and from the nearest capital city airport do not form part of the prize and are the responsibility
of the winner.
4.9 The winner, or their nominated proxy, and their travelling companion must travel on the same flight as each
other to Coolangatta and must travel together.
4.10 In participating in the prize, the winner agree to participate and co-operate as required in all editorial activities
relating to the Competition, including but not limited to being interviewed and photographed. The winners
grant the Promoter a perpetual and non-exclusive licence to use such footage and photographs in all media
worldwide and they will not be entitled to any fee for such use.
4.11 By entering this competition, and by collecting a prize, the winner acknowledges and accepts that driving, travel
and any other activities comprising the prize, are inherently dangerous and may result in death, injury,
incapacity, damage to property or other losses. The Promoter is not responsible for any acts of god, such as
adverse weather conditions or industrial action or civil commotion that may occur whilst the winner is
travelling. It is the responsibility of the prize-winner to enquire about local issues and conditions at destinations
prior to travel. The Promoter does not guarantee that the winner will enjoy the travel prize or be suited to the
type of travel prize that is offered.
4.12 The Promoter makes no guarantee that the celebrities, actors and/or production staff associated with the prize
will be present during the visit. Even if those people are present, the winner will not necessarily meet with any
of them. Travel must be taken to coincide with the timing of the prize, on a date to be determined by the
program producers/Promoter. During the visit the winner must abide by, and ensure his or her companions
abide by all reasonable requests of the Promoter and program producer. Failure to comply may result in
immediate and unconditional removal of the winner from the premises. All entrants agree that if they win the
prize, they will not, and their companions will not, sell or otherwise provide their story and/or photographs to
any media or other organisation, including the internet. Photographs will be allowed only at the discretion of
the program producers and the celebrity.
4.13 Winners should seek independent financial advice about any tax implications that may arise from the prize
winnings.
4.14 It is a condition of accepting the prize that the major prize winner and the weekly prize winners and their
travelling companions must comply with all the conditions of use of the prize and the prize supplier’s
requirements.
4.15 The winners agree they will not sell or otherwise provide their story and or photographs to any media or other
organisation.

5. HOW TO WIN
5.1 There will be one (1) draw conducted on Wednesday 12 February 2020 at 12.15pm AEDT. The draw will take
place at Ansible Pty Ltd, Level 3, 100 Chalmers Street, Surry Hills NSW 2010. Each entrant who has entered
the Competition over the Competition Period and registered all details in accordance with clause 3 by using a
mobile phone with a reply path whose SMS message has passed through the Telco carriers between the daily
Competition dates and times as stated in clause 3.1 (“Qualifying Entrant”) will be entered into the draw. The
Promoter reserves the right to draw additional reserve entries (and record them in order), in the event that an
invalid entry is drawn or an entrant drawn is ineligible. The Promoter will randomly draw ten (10) entrants from
the national pool of valid daily entrants received, of which one (1) will be named the winner.
5.2 In the event that the first (1st) call is not a valid winner in accordance with the valid winner requirements, then
the Promoter will call the remaining nine (9) entrants in the order they were drawn, until the call is answered
and recorded to ensure that the prize is awarded. In the event this process does not result in the prize being
awarded, an unclaimed prize draw will take place as per the details set out in clause 5.9 below.
5.3 The winner will be notified of their prize via telephone on Wednesday 12 February 2020 to arrange flights and
accommodation to attend the Sunrise event prize determination on Friday 14 February 2020. The winner must
confirm their details, or their nominated proxy’s details by 4.00pm AEDT on Wednesday 12 February 2020.
5.4 The winner (or their nominated Proxy) must attend the Sunrise event prize determination on the Gold Coast
during the Sunrise Program on Friday 14 February 2020. If the winner resides outside of Queensland they will
be provided the 2 x return economy flights and accommodation on the Gold Coast (as stated in clause 4.1) to
enable them to participate in the Sunrise Million Dollar Dig.
5.5 There will be one hundred (100) numbered plots on the beach each with a corresponding vessel containing
amount of money as outlined in Clause 4.1(b) buried in the sand. The winner will select one (1) numbered plot,
dig in the sand to retrieve the buried vessel and win the corresponding amount contained in the vessel.
5.6 For clarity, in the event that any prize value remaining at the end of the Sunrise program on Friday 14 February
2020, the prize winner is not entitled to claim the difference in value of the prize amount won and the
maximum prize value.
5.7 The winner details will be published in the Public Notices section of The Australian newspaper on Monday 24
February 2020.
5.8 The Promoter’s decision is final and the Promoter will not enter into correspondence regarding the result.
5.9 Subject to State government legislation, and if required, an unclaimed prize draw from all non-winning entries
will take place at Ansible Pty Ltd, Level 3, 100 Chalmers Street, Surry Hills, NSW 2010 on Wednesday 13 May
2020 at 12:15 AEDT. The winner will be notified by phone call within 2 days of the draw. The winner’s details
will also be published in the Public Notices section of The Australian newspaper on Monday 25 May 2020.
5.10 It is a condition of accepting the prize that the winner may be required to sign a legal release in a form
determined by the Promoter in its absolute discretion.
