Entry Restrictions Entrants must be 18 years or older.

Maximum Entries Entrants can enter once only. Once an entrant has been awarded a prize, they must not continue to attempt to enter.
Entry Procedure To enter, entrants must during the Online Registration Period, visit the Website to register their details and either:
a) tell the Promoter how they are a “Tough Mother” and why they deserve to receive a prize; OR
b) nominate another person (friend, relative or partner) who they consider to be a “Tough Mother” and tell the Promoter
why they would like to nominate that person to receive a prize.
Throughout the Online Registration Period, the Promoter will judge all entries in accordance with the Judging Details to
determine up to five (5) Finalists who will be contacted by the Promoter and asked to participate on air, including by telling their
“Tough Mother” story.
Both the entrant and the nominee must confirm that they consent to participate in the Promotion. If either the entrant or
nominee do not consent to participate, the relevant entry will be deemed invalid and the Promoter may select another Finalist.
All winners will be announced during the breakfast show (6am to 9am) between 13 August 2018 and 17 August 2018.
Judging Details All judging decisions are at the discretion of the Promoter and no correspondence will be entered into in this regard.
Judging criteri All entries will be judged on creativity, literary merit, originality, suitability, or as otherwise specified. Where
entrants submit a guess or answer to question(s) the Promoter will judge the accuracy of an answer and there may be a time
factor applied.

Winners
Winner/s will be notified by phone at the time of/immediately after winning.

If a prize is not claimed by the Prize Claim Date & Time, the winner forfeits the prize. In this case, the Promoter will award the
prize in accordance with the Unclaimed Prize Arrangements below.

If a prize is not claimed by the Prize Claim Date & Time or if an entrant or entry is deemed invalid in accordance with the
Conditions of Entry, the Promoter will award the relevant prize to another valid entrant in accordance with the method outlined
in the Entry Procedure/Judging Details, or to another valid entrant who subsequently enters this Promotion or another
Promotion conducted by the Promoter.
Additional Terms Entrants who nominate another individual may be required to assist the Promoter in arranging to surprise the nominated
winner with notification and/or delivery of their prize. This may be filmed and recorded and may be used by the Promoter on
air and online (including websites and social media).
Any negotiations made between an entrant and the nominee in terms of splitting/sharing the Prize, will be made entirely
independently of the Promoter, and the Promoter will not be held responsible for any conflicts
