Win $1,000 of 'Capitol Couture' by Trish Summerville with NET-A-PORTER.COM! - Entry is open to residents of Australia who are current or new Elle Australia Inner Circle members. Entrants under the age of 18 years must have prior parental or legal guardian consent to enter. Employees of the Promoter, and their immediate families and agencies associated with this promotion are not eligible to enter. Only one entry per person will be permitted.
