Win $1,000 Worth of Travel Credit Towards a Holiday of Your Choice - Competition permit no: LTPS/2019/39337This promotion is created, run and promoted by Inspired Life Travel.The promotion starts 1st October, 2019 and ends 5th January, 2020.This promotion is open to Australian residents, excluding ACT, SA and NT.Entrants must be at least 18 years of age.Entrants may enter the promotion online or by filling out a paper entry form at various promotional expos.The winner will be chosen on 6th January, 2020 (between 9am-5pm) at Inspired Life Travel’s location (Sydney, NSW).One prize is on offer as part of the promotion.The total prize pool is $1,000 (which includes GST).The prize is $1,000 worth of travel credit, based on services provided by Inspired Life Travel. Travel services may include flights, accommodation and transfers. Other travel products may be included at Inspired Life Travel’s discretion.The Winner and travel companions are responsible for all other costs associated with winning the prize, including but not limited to meals, taxes, travel insurance and all other miscellaneous costs.The Winner and travel companions are responsible for ensuring they have all necessary travel documents, including but not limited to valid passports and Visas, as well as medical clearances.The Winner and travel companions are responsible for checking travel warnings with the relevant agencies, regarding the destinations they choose to travel.Inspired Life Travel accepts no responsibility for any cancellation, delay or rescheduling of travel or any other costs incurred by the winner and travel companions as a result.The $1,000 prize must be claimed in its entirety in one holiday travel booking and not split across multiple bookings.The $1,000 equates to the retail value of the travel products chosen.There is no minimum travel booking spend in order to have the $1,000 travel credit applied. However, for a travel booking less than $1,000, the Winner will not receive the difference in cash or credit to use at a later date.The prize is not transferrable and may not be exchanged for cash.The Winner must be party to the holiday which the $1,000 travel credit is applied.The Winner will be selected at random from the pool of eligible entrants.The Winner will be notified by email and telephone call; details of which are provided by the entrant when entering the competition.The Winner has 7 days (including the weekend) to respond to the email and/or telephone call and claim the prize.If the prize is not claimed within 7 days of the email being sent/phone call being made, another winner will be selected at random from the remaining pool of eligible entrants on 15th January, 2020 (between 9am-5pm) at Inspired Life Travel’s location (Sydney, NSW). The runner up will then be notified by email and telephone call and have 7 days (including the weekend) to claim the prize.The Winner has one year from the date of prize acceptance to utilise the prize.The Winner will be announced on social media (Facebook and Instagram) and details will remain published on the Inspired Life Travel’s website for a minimum of 30 days after public announcement.The Winner agrees to participate in any promotional activity relating to winning the prize and consent to their name and image being published and used in promotional material, without payment.If the competition is not capable of running as planned, Inspired Life Travel has the sole discretion of to cancel, suspend or change the competition.
