If under 18 years of age, express permission of parent/guardian is required before entering this Promotion. Parent/guardian may be required to accompany that entrant/companion when using the prize or participating in the Promotion. Prizes will be awarded to the parent or legal guardian who consented to the entrant registering in the Promotion on behalf of that entrant (in the Promoter’s sole and absolute discretion) and that parent or legal guardian may have to accompany that winner for the duration of the prize (if applicable). 8. Maximum Number of Entries Clause 3 Entrants may submit as many entries as they wish however each entry must be submitted via a separate entry and must independently comply with these Competition Terms of Entry. For the avoidance of doubt, unless otherwise expressly stated, entrants may only win one (1) prize each in the Promotion. 9. Entry Method Clause 3 Online Entry During the Promotion Period entrants must complete the online entry form and register their details in the manner required on the Website. All valid entries received during the Promotion Period will be placed into the relevant Draw, as set out below under Draw Details. The Promoter will conduct the Draws in accordance with the Draw Details below. Draws Between 8:00am and 2:00pm AEDT, each workday between Monday 26 November 2018 and Friday 30 November 2018 representatives of the Promoter will: (a) conduct the random electronic draw (in accordance with the Draw Details below); (b) invite up to four (4) of the first valid entries drawn from that day’s Draw (Selected Entrants) to appear on air and participate in the On-Air Challenge for that day. On Air Challenge For each On Air Challenge: (a) an image of each Selected Entrant’s face will be placed onto a prize wheel; (b) the announcer will shoot a bow and arrow at the prize wheel; (c) the Selected Entrant whose ‘face’ is deemed to have been hit by the arrow (or whose ‘face’ the arrow is deemed to have landed closest to) (as determined by the Promoter in its sole and absolute discretion), will be deemed the winner of that contesting spot and will be awarded a prize. For the avoidance of doubt, if the arrow shot by the announcer is deemed to land on two (2) Selected Entrant’s faces, or in the middle of two (2) Selected Entrant’s faces, the Promoter will determine (in its sole and absolute discretion) which Selected Entrant’s face is closest to the arrow, and that Selected Entrant will be deemed the winner (in the Promoter’s sole and absolute discretion). For the avoidance of doubt, if the arrow shot by the announcer does not hit the prize wheel, the Promoter may continue the process of shooting the bow and arrow at the prize wheel until an arrow is deemed to have hit the prize wheel (as determined by the Promoter in its sole and absolute discretion). 10. Entry Restrictions Each entrant must nominate a personal contact number, either a personal mobile number or home phone number (and not a business number), to be eligible for the prize (Personal Contact Number) and each entrant grants the Promoter the right to call that entrant on their Personal Contact Number live on-air. Entrants in the Promotion must be able to receive a phone call from a representative of the Promoter (on their Personal Contact Number) between the following timeframe (or such other time specified by the Promoter) and in accordance with the requirements outlined in the Entry Method: 5:30am AEDT Monday 12 November 2018 and 10:00pm AEDT on Friday 30 November 2018 If the entrant does not answer their phone by the time that phone goes to a message bank, the entrant consents to the Promoter broadcasting that entrant's voicemail message including their full name and/or business name live on-air. Each entrant warrants that it has obtained all consents from third parties to broadcast live on-air any information or names (including business names) in the entrant’s voicemail message. Each entrant warrants that they have received all consents from third parties that may ordinarily answer their Personal Contact Number in the entrant's absence to be broadcast live on-air if that third party answers the relevant phone live on-air. If a third party answers an entrant's Personal Contact Number, that entrant will not be eligible for a prize as determined by the Promoter in its absolute and sole discretion. If for any reason an entrant is unable to be contacted, or is otherwise unable to, or declines to, appear on-air, or their phone line drops out or is inaudible, the Promoter (in its sole and absolute discretion) may replace that entrant by contacting/selecting another entrant and inviting them to appear on-air or participate in an on-air game or challenge (where applicable). The Promoter will repeat this process until an entrant is able to be contacted and confirms their eligibility and ability to appear on-air or participate in the relevant on-air game or challenge (where applicable). For the avoidance of doubt, if an entrant is spoken to by a representative of the Promoter, it does not mean they have been selected as an entrant or a winner (where applicable) and they may not be invited to appear on-air or participate in the relevant on-air game or challenge or be awarded a prize (where applicable). The Promoter will contact the first four (4) valid entrants drawn in each Draw and check their availability to appear on air as a Selected Entrant, and ask them to provide an image of their face for the purpose of conducting the On Air Challenge by the time specified by the Promoter (in the Promoter’s sole and absolute discretion). For the avoidance of doubt if for any reason a Selected Entrant cannot appear on air and participate in the Promotion (as determined by the Promoter in its sole and absolute discretion) or is unable or unwilling to provide an image of their face for the On Air Challenge by the time specified by the Promoter, the Promoter will draw a fifth (5th) entrant from the Draw on the relevant workday, and so on, until the Promoter has up to four (4) Selected Entrants who have confirmed their availability to appear on air as a Selected Entrant and provide an image of their face by the time specified by the Promoter for the purpose of the Promotion. Entrants who are not drawn in a Draw will carry over into subsequent Draws (if applicable). Entrants who are deemed to be Selected Entrants and are invited to participate in an On Air Challenge, but who are unsuccessful in the On Air Challenge will not carry over into subsequent Draws. 12.
