Competition Period close Date & Time The competition closes at 11:59PM AEDST on Tuesday 11th December 2018. 8. Entry Restrictions Entrants must be 18 years of age or over at the time of entry. 9. How to enter Online entry: During the Competition Period: (a) Listeners will be invited via Station on-air commercials to visit the Station Website and complete the online entry form including by providing their contact details and by answering in 50 words or less the question: ‘Tell us your Christmas entertaining fail’. (b) Each entry submitted by the time specified by the Station will be individually reviewed by representatives of the Station. The Station will select the entries it deems to be the “best” from all valid entries received within the time period specified and those entries will be awarded the prize/s. 10. Limitation on entries a) Entrants may submit as many entries as they wish however each entry must be submitted via a separate online entry form and contain a different answer to the question: ‘Tell us your Christmas entertaining fail’. b) Entrants may only win one prize each, per household. 11. Judging Criteria Each entry submitted by the time specified by the Station will be individually reviewed by representatives of the Station based on, among other things, creativity, uniqueness, suitability for on-air and relevance to the question. The Station will select up to five (5) entries it deems to be the “best” from all valid entries received within the time period specified and we may share their story on air. If the relevant entrant’s story is shared on air between Monday 10th December 2018 and Friday 14th December 2018, they will be deemed the winner for that day and will receive a prize. The promoter’s decision is final and no further correspondence will be entered into. 13: Prize Details There are up to five (5) prizes to be won, as follows: Each winner will receive: AU$1000 cash (deposited into nominated bank account) 14: Total Prize Value Up to $5,000 (inc GST) 15: Winner Notification Winners will be notified via telephone and via email 16: Prize Claim and Delivery The cash prize will be deposited directly into the winners nominated bank account via an EFT within 90 days of winner notification. 17.
