WHO CAN ENTER?

Entry into this competition is open to Australian residents aged 18 years and over as at Tuesday 30 June 2015, excluding employees and their immediate families of the Promoter, Edge Loyalty and any related bodies corporate of the Promoter or Edge Loyalty (“Eligible Entrants”).
PROMOTIONAL PERIOD:
The competition commences at 9:00am (AEST) on Thursday 4th June 2015 and will close at 11:59pm (AEST) on Tuesday 30 June 2015 (“Competition Period”).
HOW TO ENTER:
To enter, Eligible Entrants must, during the Competition Period:
(a) visit medibank.com.au/healthpack (“Competition Website”) using a compatible
browser; and
(b) fully complete and submit the competition entry form on the Competition Website,
including:
i. providing their first name, last name, email address, Medibank membership
number (if applicable), state and phone number. By entering this competition,
non-members consent to allowing Medibank to use their details for the purposes
of marketing products and services to them;
ii. answering in 25 words or less what their Generation Better pledge is
(“Competition Question”); and
iii. indicating their acceptance of these Term and Conditions.
PRIZES:
Each prize is a health pack valued at $334.95 RRP (including GST), consisting of:
(a) a Fitbit ChargeTM valued at $169.95 RRP (including GST) (available in black and slate only, strictly subject to availability);
